Great staff! Food is good when they have it available. They either don’t buy enough or run out of things. Been eating here for years now. Yams, cabbage, whiting,BBQ ribs and the turkey wings DELICIOUSLY CONSISTENT! Mac and cheese is hit or miss, its not always good.

I’d fonly been here once before and had forgotten about this place. Will definitely be my go-to from now on! I had the medium entree of smothered pork chop, white rice with gravy, and string beans. So delicious! The pork chop was a little over cooked but it was still so so good! Reminded me of Sunday dinner.

Doesn’t speak English well enough. Not friendly at all. Never have the food that’s advertised. They don’t talk or answer questions that you ask them. Didn’t have what was on menu. The food was bad, stale and they serve same food everyday until they get rid of it. The food taste horrible. Someone’s doesn’t have any cooking skills enough to be calling this a soul food restaurant. They dont prepare and cook fresh food everyday.Dangerous!

The portions are nice you do get your money worth,BUT the cabbage was over cooked and salty, the Mac and cheese had a sweetish taste. The potato salad was good and the turkey Wings very tender. I would go again and share with them my input.

Got the “rasta” pasta both kinds. The 20$ oxtail “rasta” pasta came with 3 pieces of oxtail and one was just bone. And the reason I’m putting “” around the rasta because it isn’t rasta pasta. To put an accurate flavor to it, it’s honestly melted chipotle cheese sauce. Mac and cheese was bland. But the worst part of it all…. the cornbread. How do you mess up cornbread? This ain’t soul food fam.
