Ordered 4 pizzas online for carry out. Showed up 30 minutes later to 5 people in the store asking where their orders were. Only one person was working who was clearly overran. Employee cancelled all the orders and we all had to make other dinner arrangements. Hopefully they get staffed and trained properly, love Dominos pizza, just not a fan of no pizzas being made when I show up for my order.

I have been away from this particular Dominos on Prairie View Road because it was being run by some young adults who didn’t seem to know how to run a business. Many reasons to share before I stopped going there, but that’s not the point of this review. It’s been several months since I visited this store because of previous management, and I thought I would order this past Friday and pick up a pizza, can’t be that hard, right? I was pleasantly surprised to learn it’s under new management. Walked in and was greeted with a smile and a “welcome to Domino’s” by one gentleman. Another helped me pickup my pizza and was super nice. The other manager on duty, I gave praise to his two co-workers, and he was a good guy too. The pizza was awesome, the transaction was smooth and very customer service friendly. I couldn’t believe it, the difference in staff was like night and day. This location with its new management and staff has won me back as a customer. Thank you!

I literally just placed an order for delivery, after being charged the extra fee for delivery and tip I immediately received a call from an employee asking me if I would be willing to do carry out. If I wanted carry out I would not have paid the extra fees for delivery. Get it together Domino’s. This is now the second time I have ordered from you and had less then a satisfying experience. You’ve lost my business indefinitely.

I have been coming to this location for well over a decade, and it just keeps getting worse and worse and worse. The last four times I’ve ordered carryout and they said it was ready. It was not ready and not ready. Not by a minute or two, but 15 minutes a half hour.

Have to say was really surprised, decided to try the 2 for $6.99 each two topping pizzas. Had no complaints not like the college days. Will go back again, always seem to have specials. Cost effective also.

Place is open til 1am. Placed an order at 12:02. Order got cancelled. Placed another at 12:09, again cancelled. Placed a third at 12:18. Meanwhile I’m driving to the location and was on hold the entire way there. No one did ever answer the phone and Shequell cancelled my order several times. The front door was also locked at 12:25am. The sign is even flashing that it’s open. The employee was nowhere in sight. The store was completely empty. This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Fire shequell and find a new night manager.

Thank you for your prompt service. I ordered my pizza and soda was told 30 Minutes to 45 minutes the driver got here and my food was hot .it took all about 20 minutes from start to finish. Good Hustle.

Disgusting customer service. DO NOT COME HERE. The hours on the dominos website AND Google both say the store closes at 1:00am. My partner and I placed our online order for carryout at 12:07am and the email said the order will be done at 12:28am. My partner showed up for the order and the stocky guy with dark brown hair and dark eyes disrespectfully yelled they were closed 3 times(at 12:25am) after he was told there was an online order. DO NOT COME HERE. I stopped ordering from dominos a year ago and now I remember why. Nasty people with ugly attitudes.
