Outside look and inside decor is absolutely lacking. Name is terrible. Food was amazing. Burger was huge, flavorful and great. Onions, lettuce were freshly cut. Pickles were thick. All around good food and workers.

I am really delighted with the outstanding service I received. The staff was very friendly, interactive and informative. I got the rib dinner with baked beans and fries and the ribs were cooked to perfection. The baked beans are almost a meal in themselves made with bacon, hamburger, onion and brown sugar. Portions are generous and they bring comfort food to a new level. I needed a nap after eating here, it was that good. I can’t wait to try the milkshakes. The prices are really good for the quality and amount of food you receive and I see myself becoming a regular. This vicinity has been lacking in good food choices until now and I’m so happy to have Food Shack in the neighborhood.

A little pricey especially for a small drink with your combo, but the food is a lot similar to Five Guys and I overheard some customers saying the same. My only complaint was that it was hard to find a clean table, but besides that, the burgers were seasoned well! There is also a 4% card fee!!!! I would bring cash!!!

Wish I would have checked the reviews before wasting my money. The staff was very friendly so that is plus for them but that was about it. Waited over 30min for a simple order, they over did it on the condiments, didn’t salt the fries, over cooked the onion rings and the chicken salad had no flavor what so ever. I mean no flavor you only tasted texture. Like I said the staff was friendly but so inept *Update* Several hours later I’m now sick with food poisoning; and no I haven’t eaten anything since.

I love the food and the service was beyond perfect. This was my first time eating here and I will definitely be going back. The food is Amazing and soooo yummy. Thank you for bringing this wonderful place to us. The smiling faces behind the counter sets the mood in the dining room, so pleasant and helpful. We ate until we were so full.

Staff was awesome interacted with all the family asked my youngest what his favorite dinosaur was and made sure his kids meal was in his favorite the T-Rex. We asked tons of questions as it was our first time they just got wings in wife loved them. The wings were nice and crispy so good she ate them without sauce. Next was my oldest and I burger we got the smash attack. We were told there was complaints of over seasoning. This burger took me back to when I was kid eating at the Old Jan’s place on Mishawaka road. You can tell it’s lightly seasoned was a new recipe for today its a winner in my book. Sides are your normal sides fries were great nice golden brown little crunch. Wife had mushrooms said they were your normal deep fried mushrooms.

I ordered on line and said 15 minutes. Got there and waited 25 minutes for fries, dings and corn nuggets. 2 people came in and got there whole MEALS after me. While the girl behind the counter kept touching her face and hair and pacing back and forth. Everytime they got an online order they would complain. I heard the girl say thay my dings didn’t look right but oh well there chicken. Like what the heck. Plus no sauces. That I asked for. Which is ok cuz I didnt eat them anyways because they did not look right. And my fries were taped shut with PAINTERS TAPE. NO apologies nothing. Will never go back and will be sure to spread the word.

I ordered three burgers and fries and not one of us liked the burgers. They had no seasoning and forgot mayo on 2 of the burgers and they weren’t busy. I was really hoping I found a good burger place, but I will not go back here or recommend this place.
