My order was made incorrectly and manager made it right. I came back to drive through, he fixed my burgers, plus he gave me an additional 4 sauces, large fries, a new large sprite, and a strawberry pie. Everything was fresh and was fixed, making it worth the wait. Thanks for making it right, although I couldn’t eat it all I would have preferred a refund. Next time if it happens I will just ask for that. Still Made my day!

Employees really great. Service sucks. I like someone to take my order. Also I have to ask for jelly and salt and pepper. One syrup doesn’t get it. Breakfast is the only meal you sell I like. I think your corporate methods are cheap. Feels like customers are second! No way to run a family restaurant. Don’t know if I will ever go back!

Horrible service. Came months ago they sucked at the drive thru. Came again today. Sucked again. It’s like they are all new hires & never been trained. 45 mins in the line just to get the wrong order. If zero stars was an option I’d pick that. Order takers don’t even know what’s on the McDonald’s menu.

1. Ordered ahead on the app with a promotion. Got to the window to get the receipt and it was more than I expected. Tried again later & they removed the promotion from my purchase at the drive thru on multiple visits, but not when going inside to pick up.
