Rude and awful customer service. When I opened my pizza there was a roach as is shown on the picture. When I went back to the store the manager was rude to me saying that couldn’t be them and that they weren’t able to give me a new pizza. The box was not opened at all until I got home and saw it with my own eyes. The staff were just trashy and rude. Will never go back.

They have had my order wrong every time I have come here not once have they ever had the whole thing right. Either missing toppings, giving us someone else’s pizza ,forgetting an item entirely. If I lived on the other side of town still I wouldn’t bother with this location

There’s literally water dripping from the ceiling on top of the pizza dough I’m pretty sure that goes against every health code ever So I spoke with the manager Carlos and tried to let him know. Maybe he should move the dough. He had no intention on moving So the date is august twentieth if you ordered pizza from them I recommend you get your money back or if you get Sick from them i’m pretty sure you’ll have a lawsuit I have Video if anyone needs it

When I first placed the order they said it would take 40 min. I left right after placing the order and after 20 min my order was ready. If I would have waiting outside for the 40 min my pizza would of have been cold. They need to get their timing correctly. Besides that it’s a clean place.

I ordered for delivery online and asked the driver to place the food in a specific area and to not knock on the door or ring the doorbell. He blatantly ignored the instructions and when he was asked about it informed us that he had indeed read the instructions, so I guess he’s too good to follow them (the knocking caused a disturbance which is why we asked the driver not to knock or ring the bell to begin with). After that he basically brushed it off before sarcastically asking if he should place the food where we had originally asked him to do so.
