The owner of this J&B could be making so much money if he didn’t hire poor staff. There’s been so many times I’ve come to this place in the evenings and either the workers are partying in the place with music blarring and are too busy to answer the drive through, or just straight up leave an hour or two early and go home. I was very excited to try the new 3 piece spicy chicken strips. But very disappointed when I opened the box to find 2 normal size pieces and couple of mini pieces. I expect 3 full pieces not crumbs. I left message on the number from the receipt. Didn’t get a call back!! Phone just goes to voicemail. Being to be cheap with paying customers is not right. Definitely not be going back! I recommend everyone check your food before going home. Seems like company don’t care about serving food as advertised or customer service!
