We had a large party, in which none of us ate the meat. First, i will say our waitress was great! But… Most of us got pork and one got turkey. This was the most unappealing, unpleasant tasting meat. It tasted and looked canned or old. The turkey was like it came froma frozen Jennie-O meal. Have been to this location in the past with no problems. Has the quality decreased due to the economy?

We could smell the aroma of some flavorful BBQ from the parking lot, the only qualm I had is that the cuts of the meat were thin and the corn nuggets were extra cost but are presented in a tiny ceramic bowl, the chicken needs some extra seasoning but the staff was very friendly and the selection of sauces was pretty interesting but decent. Not bad at all honestly.

With just a few simple words, tough tough tough the prime rib ordered by the wife and I was so tough we barely got some down. Brunswick stew was dark like it was old and had too much smoke taste in it, salad was OK, corn nuggets was as well, service was good price was way to high for the food quality, prime rib to me was spiced up sirloin, think we’ll try somewhere else when in that area again.

My husband got the three meat combo. Chicken, pulled pork and brisket. It was very good!! I ordered the carolina pulled pork sandwich and fried squash. It was delicious!! The pork had a good smokey flavor and was tender. The squash was excellent!! Fried just right and not greasy.

Called in, talked to a manager. She was very nice and reassured me they could accommodate my allergies (dairy, Gluten, eggs and peanut). She even said they had a Gluten free menu I could choose from and go from there.

Wow! The food at this Woody’s is so good!! My husband and our 4 kids came down to get a good meal and this was delicious. I haven’t seen many good reviews but I have to say those reviews do not live up to this establishment. I enjoyed the feast for four, everything was perfectly cooked, crispy, and hot right out of the kitchen. I will definitely being coming back and bringing the whole family!!!! Thank you woody’s for the delicious meal and giving my family a night to remember.

Though our hostess was very nice, our waitress was nowhere in sight. The brisket was too dry as was the pulled pork. My chicken tenders were good, the garlic toast was too runny, I did like the Cole slaw though.
