This Chinese hot pot is a restaurant in Chongqing, China, and is very famous in China. The decoration style of the store is also very Chinese. The chandeliers, murals and partition walls have the characteristics of ancient China. The hot pot is divided into nine areas, each area is relatively independent, and different dishes can be placed. The food here is fresh and delicious. Many meat dishes are kept fresh on ice cubes, but the portions are very small.

The meat is fresh, the service is good, and the bottom of the pot is not very spicy. There are many free snacks.

This was a really fun & authentic experience. The staff could tell my family wasn’t too familiar with the process so they explained the menu & offered their suggestions. Very informative & helpful. Even some of the guests were helping with suggestions.

Traditional Chinese hot pot restaurant. Amazing decoration and seating area was comfortable. Good quality meat and vegetable.Soup broth is delicious with unlimited refill. They have one section for sauces and one section for cold food and desert. Waiter and waitress were professional and friendly. We had great time here and enjoyed the food.

If you like thick and heavy Chong Qing style hot pot this is the place for you. I think the interior decor style and service is quite good. The main issue for me is the high prices for simple things like soup base and normal vegetables. I would think a small handful of greens should not be $5. Also 2 or 3 ounces of thin sliced domestic beef should not be so expensive. I would choose an authentic Chong Qing hot pot place that charges normal prices for these normal items. Their condiments bar is pretty good except that the sesame oil was not 100% sesame oil.

My wife loves the soup base here. This is one of hotpot at its finest. Per order, it’s a bit pricy but you get the quality here. We had a great family dinner outing. Also clear jello desert is included, self serve.

Good service and huge portions. I wish they would add udon noodles to their menu, because their house hand cut noodles aren’t that great.

Very nicely decorated. You can smell the aroma from the herbs the moment you walk in. You will go home smelling like an herbal bomb, too.

My new favorite hot pot place! All the meats are top quality. I was impressed by the texture of their pork blood as even though we accidentally overcooked some of the pieces, they still remained soft in texture compared to other places that becomes hard immediately. That’s how you know they don’t cheap out on their ingredients! The place is both classy and cozy and has the traditional Chinese feel. The broth is absolutely delicious and the presentation of the food is quite nice. There’s a little sauce and dessert buffet style tables where you can get as much as you want.
