I was in there yesterday afternoon around 1:30pm. As soon as I walked in I didn’t feel welcome. The employee that was in the kitchen rolled her eyes at me then proceeded and stomp her way to my food that she overcooked. My boneless wings were dry, honey mustard didn’t even help. My breadsticks were chewy and I was eating cardboard from the box because she put way to much cheese on it. I don’t recommend this store.

Called to order pepperoni pizza for pickup.first time I called the phone rang n rang.second time the gentleman picked up n said…Yea? I told him I wanted a pepperoni pizza for pickup. He asked for my phone number I gave it to him. Then I get to Casey’s on riverfront and he’s sitting by the register on his cell phone. Does not say hello what can I do for you I told him I was there to pick up a pizza. Any asked me for my name. I responded you didn’t ask for my name he gets up from the chair put his cell phone down and goes and look for my pizza. Doesn’t say thank you, again nothing. And the gentleman’s name is Carter.

They delivered the wrong pizza and refuse to redeliver the correct one, I have proof of the wrong order being delivered. Called the store and was accused of trying to scam free pizzas! Went to the store and talked to the assistant manager who assured me this would be resolved and yet nothing! This was 5 days ago, Next step is corporate.

Really good pizza. Only problem is i went to grab some BEEF pizza. I get home and on the corner of my slices is some pepperoni. I cant eat pork because of my religion so i threw it out. Cant go eat there anymore cause now im afraid of cross contamination.

Tried to.get gas. No gas out of pump but was charged $4.02. Tried to get refund, but was told all she could do was put out of order on pump. No thank you, Casey’s. Not happy and will tell all I know about bad service.

Came in and tried to order a pizza (uncooked to eat fresh at home.) to take with me and told me that they didn’t have anything to put it in. Her exact words were “I don’t know how we would do that. We don’t have anything to put it in.” You have a big sign that says you can order full pizzas. are you just handing customers pizza the hold with their hands? And judging by the other reviews on this store you clearly have morons working here. It’s a pity because Casey’s pizza is really good but I will never shop at this store ever again.

I know. A gas station makes killer pizza? Yes it does. This location is hit and miss with timing, but the chain overall has a solid pizza for the money. New York or Chicago league? Maybe not, but it is definitely a surprisingly superb value versus taste. Far from an unsatisfactory ripoff experience. I consider it an undiscovered/appreciated niche in food quality and value.

Went in at 7pm. Tried to order a small pizza. Everytime I have ordered a large I am told it’s going to take around 10min. Apparently, the cook wanted to finish washing dishes first so I was told 20min. There was literally nothing else cooking. So I left and got a taco next door at Taco Johns.

This place sucks. Can’t take pizza orders right. Messed up on my food more then 4 times. And always make sure to count your change. Cashier shorted me $20. Didn’t notice until I got home and I went back and she told me there was nothing she could do about it. Tried getting a hold of the manger for a week about my $20. Never ever got a call back. I love caseys and had always had great nice people there. But this is one caseys I will never be walking back into! DO NOT GO HERE!
