Very disappointed in this place used to love it there. Their service has went downhill. My husband went there to get me a frozen coffee and first they give him a wrong order of an iced coffee. Then he showed them receipt and said it was a frozen caramel coffee. And then They went to get the right order and still made it wrong. My husband did not know by looking at it. It was pure white not a drop of coffee in it. This was just a waste. And I so wanted one cuz I had surgery today and I was looking forward to it. Hope I can post a picture of it.

Stopped by on the way home for a variation on our usual, “two shakes one small, one medium, both with vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup”. Asked if I wanted whipped cream, “no, vanilla ice cream and chocolate syrup”. Asked if I wanted chocolate shakes and I repeated myself, wanting to say that if I’d wanted that I’d have asked for it. At this point I’m irritated and wondering what I’ll be handed. Upon arrival at the window, I can hear one employee seemingly harassing others and a few young women screaming. The cashier made a comment that “he was gonna get himself arrested”. We were asked to pull around, which is a very common request. I drove around and began waiting, longer than usual. The cashier seemed to be explaining how to make what I’d ordered. Meanwhile we watched a young man dance around in the seating area with a Grabber Reaching Tool using it to grab other employees. The cashier brought the order out and it was correct.
