Mmmm this Chick-fil-a did not disappoint in terms of the food quality and ordering efficiency! The grilled chicken sandwich was juicy, and the Oreo milkshake was perfect. I did receive feedback from the person taking our order that the employees no longer get employee meals, even though they are working super hard walking around outside. I was sad to hear this because from the customer perspective they are doing a great job!

I loved everything about this place…one of the best fast food locations I have ever seen. The person taking my order was a trainee. He screwed it up and when I told the manager that he put the dressing on the ticket but not the salad she comped it. Now that is first class seduce for a fast food restaurant. Definitely going back there again.

Terrible experience and even worse customer service! We found a bread clip on our sandwich Luckily we found it and didn’t choke on it. Tried to call management and never received a call or text back. We gave them plenty of opportunities before resulting to this negative post.

I visit this restaurant almost every morning ordering a chicken biscuit and coffee to eat inside. Usually it is a different employee each time that takes my order each time. The chick filet robotic greeting annoys me a little.Will you be dining in or to go? What is your name? My pleasure? But this morning there was a employee ,Caroline, who managed to do this and still let her vibrant personality shine through. Not only did I leave feeling better about my day but I observed as she consistently did the same with others. The chicken might be great but this employee is fantastic. You had better find a way to keep this employee. She is a rarity in the fast food business.

I pay so much money to get delivery services thru doordash so I get very annoyed when the store doesn’t bother to double check that a delivery order has all ordered items. yes I get a refund for the item but not for the fees and also not super helpful when Its lunch time and I’m hungry with no FOOD AND running out of time to eat. I expect better from chick fil a! today I was missing a Cobb salad and A Large fries!!! so yeah one star for yall

Chick-fil-A is like the gold standard for BEST fast food restaurant and the BEST food. It can get pricey, but with how amazing the food tastes, it’s worth it. This particular location, though, was not the best. Despite having so many people around, it took a very long time to get our order, and when they took the order, they just seemed like they’re already irritated. Just felt super rushed, and like my being there was an inconvenience to them.

As are all Chic-fil-a’s, this one is CRAZY busy being the only one in the area and near an outlet mall. I highly recommend ordering in advance through the app or you can expect to sit in the drive thru for 30mins. Otherwise, the food doesn’t disappoint.

On Friday I placed my online order for delivery at 12:30 pm, and I realized that’s their busy time. Nevertheless I didn’t receive my order until 2:30pm that was utterly dissatisfying and this is what I got……..I was very disappointed. How disgusting is this, the lettuce was withered, the tomato looked like it was picked out the garbage and not to mention the box was falling apart because of the moisture. The whole meal looked as though the Chick-fil-A driver had rode the meal around in the car for the 2 hours that it took for me to receive my meal.

Terrible experience using this location’s delivery service. Placed an order at 9:10am. No progress on the order for 3 hours, no response to phone calls/messages. I then drive to the location and speak with a manager. I was informed that this location didn’t open today until 10:30. There was no indication on their app that they opened later today, even though a later was listed for other locations. I don’t know if this oversight was due to the Operator of this location or Chick fil A corporate, but I was extremely disappointed.
