My wife order chicken tenders, they gave her normal chicken, she went back and offered to give it back and to get what she ordered. They told her she couldn’t take it back and she has to pay again for what she ordered, even after they admitted it was their mistake!!! What a joke making some one else pay for your own mistakes.

We went here thru the drove thru got a 8 piece with 2 sides and extra side of potatoe with gravy get home there was no.gravy for either one ..so we called women on phone was rude as heck .no apology nothing ..only told my bf will write u on a list is all .if tgey do this all time which I think they do.sure must ge a long list of customers being shorted on food they bought which is expensive..

I just went through the drive through. I didn’t get my receipt and I also didn’t get the sauces for my chicken tenders that I asked for. In addition, the tea was murky and I couldn’t drink it! Finally, I didn’t receive honey or margarine for my biscuit. I hate eating dry food!!!

I asked if there were utensils in the bag, she said I think so as I was going to eat it in the parking lot. Of course there were none on the bag so had to go back through the drive through! This was not a good customer service. I’m handicapped, get real. She still has the bag in her hands when I asked!
