So I ordered pizza today, and they said my pizza will arrive in 30 minutes but it arrived one hour later, my pizza was also cold. I would not recommend this at all. I love Pizza Hut, but the service here sucks. Also I order something before too and when the pizza delivery guy came to give me my order they threw my pizza to my door.

Horrible cold cheese pizza. Will never buy/order Pizza at least from this location. By The Way the distance from the store to my house is about 3-4 miles, there was no reason for the pizza to be cold. The delivery fee of almost 6 dollars is a rip off for the horrible delivery service provided. I had better experience with Dominos Pizza.

First off, the delivery guy was super rude. He was on his phone the whole time he was there, I guess my building caused him to drop his phone call cause he got rather upset and kept saying hello? Secondly the pizza was cold like it had been sitting for awhile. I live 0.8 miles from the store. And third, my pizza wasn’t even cut! I had to grab a knife from the kitchen and cut the pizza myself. Like come on guys, nobody ever orders an uncut pizza…over all super disappointed. And I just opened my cookie and they didn’t cut that either! What the heck, man.

Placed an order on a Thursday at 5:20. One personal pan pizza (just pepperoni), and a medium 2 topping pizza. I call around 6:30 to just cancel the order. They said it was dispatched already and they couldn’t do anything. Got the order at 6:45.

I usually order from Domino’s but wanted to try pizza hut again. The pizza was so so. I had curbside pickup but waited an waited and nobody answered the phone and nobody was visible inside. Finally I read inside and someone came out from the back. Not sure what was going on, but it was a considerable amount of time and didn’t make a good impression, or make me want to go back

Everything was great from service to the food. Sadly though while I was waiting for my order I noticed how other customers treated the workers and was disgusted with their behavior. Kudos to the staff for being professional and handling the disrespect with maturity. Upsetting that a persons entitlement allows them to think they’re able to belittle an individual because they are behind a counter offering a service, which without that said individual would not be able to be provided.
