Highly recommend this restaurant. Great service and awesome food. Gluten free options was a great find here. I had the gluten free blueberry pancakes and my friend had the hot roast beef with mash and both dishes were delicious. Expect leftovers….great find

Breakfast burrito came out undercooked and mushy took almost 45 minutes for server to come back over after unedible food was delivered told her about my issues with the food she offered to have it remade I refused because my lunch break was over and I didn’t have time to wait she said I wouldn’t have to pay for it I even offered her money she refused I left only to be contacted by law enforcement and told that the restaurant has placed a no trespassing order against me. Food was enedible service was even worse then to have them no trespass me what a joke. I wish shirley still owned the resturant she would never have tolerated this nonsense from staff or the new owners been going to this place for years never again would not reccomend and telling everyone i know to steer clear

Stopped into this cute little diner on the way home from Mackinac City. Found them on Google lol Their food and service were AMAZING!! Hands down one of the best chicken quesadillas I’ve ever had My husband and I will for sure be stopping by the next time we come through!

My daughter, grandson, and I came into Shirley’s around noon. We ordered our food and waited roughly an hour before receiving our meal. There were 3 other parties of guest that arrived and placed their orders after us and received their meals before us. I asked the server about our meal, mind you, she never once came over to see if we needed refills, when our food would be out. She said it should be coming out soon. The server brought our food, and again, never asked if we wanted refills. My daughter had to ask. The food was not that great and neither was the service. This was the first time coming to Shirley’s since new owners, and I would have to say that a lot has changed since Shirley owned it. Shirley would actually come and check on all her customers and ask how things were. I think that maybe having more servers would help this establishment out.
