All in all their pizzas are really good. I’ve been here 4 times and tried 4 different types of slices. Of course, I have tried the typical regular, and pepperoni but I also have tried their Vodka pizza and Margarita pizza. I totally recommend the Vodka pizza if you wanna spice it up to try something new, it’s good! Compare to a lot of other Jersey City pizzas this one is the best.

Cash cow for sure. Pizza is off the charts but the operation is backwards in there. Gotta have time to stop in, the place always has people in it. Tight quarters inside but the outdoor section they have facing the Hudson River is great. I know Krispy and what they represent but I wish the check out in store was better organized. Try the “spicy vodka” slice: truly out of this world.

The pizzas are amazing, good dough and with a lot of flavor, at their point. The only thing that would improve is to enable more space to sit indoors in cold weather, tables where you can sit with children.

Pizza was very good by our California standards. The staff were very friendly and kind. We ended up here after getting caught in the rain on the ferry and decided to get off at Liberty Park in Jersey. It was a $10 Uber over to the pizza place. After that, there was a dock right across the street with water taxis that we took back to the Wall Street dock. Service was available to many other docks as well. It worked out perfectly!

Krispy has definitely gotten better over they years. People behind the counter are extremely friendly. And the amount of specialty slices is insane. I recommend the square spicy vodka slice with pepperoni.

Wow. Just wow. We live this place and have been ordering from here regularly (every other week) since they opened. We ordered yesterday via the Slice App and they delivered an HOUR later than their latest time. The pizza was COLD and we ordered 4 flavored teas. Two were incorrect. I called the restaurant. They were closed. The pizza actually was delivered after they were closed. I contacted the Slice Chat. They couldn’t resolve until today when they could get in touch with the restaurant. They didn’t follow up, so I did. Chatted with Slice again and they contacted Krispy. Krispy REFUSED to accommodate a credit for the two incorrect items. Really? After all of the orders we place and this was THEIR error? Incredibly disappointing. I expected more.

It was like pulling teeth to get an apology for a prescheduled order that was never made. Had to wait double the time and then some for a delivery. They didn’t even throw in a soda or anything for the inconvenience or a credit through Uber Eats. Looking at the other reviews here about the customer service, I should have known better. I get you all don’t wake up hoping to do right by people, but karma will do its thing.
