Small Town Girl
After googling healthy places in San Angelo to try, Evolution Meal Prep came up. After doing some light research on it, I figured it wouldn’t hurt to go on a lunch break to. After walking in, the atmosphere immediately seemed off. The place was dead quiet, with one person sitting in the middle of the room, on his phone.There was 4 fridges, almost empty, without a lot of choices to choose from. For someone who has been on a health craze lately, it wasn’t hard to determine that the selected options did not at all look healthy. I’m not saying this place is bad, it just didn’t strike my fancy.

Just went to Evolution Meal Prep today and I got to say, “the food was amazing!” The portions are decent, and the flavors hit home. This is fresh food. This lady can cook, I’m telling you. Thinking about putting in a whole week’s worth of meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner. This is healthy food without sacrificing taste. Truly recommended it; I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐.

I only give it 4 stars because the buffalo chicken wraps were incredibly disappointing. Like I almost stopped frequenting them because of how disappointing they were. Otherwise everything else was amazing. Which I’m glad I stuck with them because of that.

Came inside as I was on vacation and got tired of eating fast food. Very convenient, home-feeling meals. Really liked the buffalo ranch chicken tacos and the chicken and potatoes.
