We have been here several times. We like the food. I could recommend improvement on your staff. Great customer service is the key to your business success. Smile more often and greet customers as they come in. After all, customers are the source for your bussines. Also recommend improvements on cleanliness. I don’t use those services where they deliver because sometimes it’s the people that deliver that keep some of your items or food. I rather take out or eat there, but that’s just me.

Hole-in-the-wall Asian fast food. The dish I had was good. A beef with mushrooms in a pepper sauce. Sweeter than I expected but it was good. Service was nice enough. The seating was minimal. At this point, I would go for the food and take it to go. I’ll have to try other dishes to lock in my currently high grade.

I ordered the fried rice and orange chicken. The orange chicken was fried way too hard and was very disgusting. The fried rice was hard and was not like the picture advertised at all. Me and my family, weren’t impressed at all, and the manager and few staff members there were very rude and had a very bad attitude once I told him could I exchange my fried rice. He didn’t give me my money back nor did he try to replace my order. I wouldn’t recommend them to not even a dog!

It use to be good to taste now it’s just bland. Have to all a lot of soy sauce and pepper oil just for some kind of flavor. Rice overcook or under cook now. The egg rolls are really spring rolls which also have no flavor. Sad about how the changes are not good. Pray it gets better. Customer is okay

Got bad shrimp lo mein (noodles were like a glue paste) and called back to ask for a credit. Held 20-30 and hung up. A few days later -Called back same thing. A few days later – was told “manager isn’t here, he’ll prob be back in 30 call back. I said “no…I’ve been trying to get this fixed several times- he can call me” and no call. I go there and say “we’ve typically got a decent order but the shrimp was nasty so we are gonna dine in and would like a replacement with something else. He said “we don’t make bad food”- after some talking where I thought he’d do the right thing- he said the total and didn’t accommodate. I turned around and said we will never come back. He laughed at me along with the kid standing there and sat down. I turned around and asked for the owners name and number and he said he was the owner and subsequently flipped me off. Go elsewhere.

The food was dry. Some of it was hard to where you couldn’t even eat it while other parts were soggy and rubbery like it had been sitting out for a long time. The manager I talked to was rude and disrespectful about the whole situation and staff wasn’t that great either! 0/10 would not recommend. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

2/18/2019- Went thru drive thru. The cashier was nice enough. The food was well packaged. The crab rangoons were not the average shape. Not much crab if any, chives were in one but not the other 3, very inconsistent filling. The hot and sour soup was the best part of the meal. The lo-mein with shrimp was ok, the shrimp were good but the noodles were over cooked a bit. The taste was their. Overall for the price I found it lacking a bit. Though the food was good.

The manager took my order over the phone and because of his broken English got my order wrong and was so disrespectful and rude about it. He would not correct my order nor would he give me my money back. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. And to add insult to injury this all happened on my lunch break. I will never eat at this place again. The manager is in the wrong business and needs to replaced!
