We lived in the hotel and had dinner in the restaurant. We ordered three lemonade and one apple juice. Two kinds of juice were all in glasses for wine and no refill is provided. However, each one is roughly six dollars. The price is unreasonably high. I asked to see the menu for these beverages and was told that no menu is available. The prices are simply stored in the computer. Moreover, the price of one entree is slightly higher than the menu. The waiter told me that the menu is not updated. The restaurant made me feel very bad and I will never go back again.

We just had our baby’s christening last weekend. Jacob did amazing job. Working with him was so easy, he knows what he is doing and makes for a stress free planning. The venue is beautiful and food delicious. Thank you Jacob. We love you, Justyna, Ernest and Marcelek

Go to this Bar restaurant located in 4 points Shillerton…just to relive 1975.. AMAZING, I was in awe with the Carpeting and lighting. Not been remodeled in at least 50 years its a trip back in Time. Just imagine if that bar could talk all the pickup lines its heard thru the generations. Sigh

Not bad for hotel restaurant. Modern decor, decent food. The silverware is very flimsy cheap stainless steel and service is a bit spotty. There is a cool bar/Oasis lounge attached that is a good place to hangout with other travelers for drinks in the evening.

People staying at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel might assume that the hotel owns this restaurant, but they would be wrong. I decided to eat lunch there because the weather was raining, windy and cold outside, and I looked at the menu and saw several good options. I ordered the Chicken Armani, which came with a choice of soup or salad to start. I began with a very good garden salad with an olive oil and balsalmic vinegar dressing. My entree was a split chicken breast oven cooked with mushrooms and artichokes in a piquant cream sauce and served over rice. The dish was delicious and filling, and I was very pleased with the service I received. The food and prices were much like a good Greek diner in downtown Chicago. I will be back to try other dishes.

Very unprofessional place. If I owned this place I would fire that person named Jacob who works there. I would not want that person working for me. He is not helpful at all, very lazy, and talks like he’s smart but he can’t even read the sign in front of his own job-site. This place is basic and has unintelligent, lazy, and weird people working here. Go somewhere else people!

We have visited the Fourth Points Sheraton O’Hare Hotel for the last 4 years, each time visiting the Mirage Restaurant. Today our server, Robert, was the latest in a run of friendly staff who have made us feel welcome!

Wow. being out of towners from Michigan my girlfriend and I were BLOWN away by the taste at The Mirage. I had the lemon herb Chicken and she had the Cilantro ranch Chicken. Absolutely incredible especially considering the extremely reasonable pricing. I would stop here everytime I come through Chicago. If you are in the area give it shot!
