Upon arriving, immediately saw a cockroach crawling under the host stand. Went on a Monday night and it was not busy. All they had was house vodka and house tequila. Out of Tito’s, out of anything nicer than Tito’s, only house. Out of all tequila except house tequila. As a national franchise, are you kidding me? The solution offered by the waiter was a Red Bull inspired drink. No thanks, we’ll go somewhere else.

Just recently left there and it was HORRIBLE! It was food and trash all on the floor and we had to wait an hour for our food to come out which btw was not correct! It wasn’t busy & the chicken was cold like it just been sitting out & my girlfriend asked for it to be extra sauce on it which they did not do. Definitely need better management for sure

What a freaking DUMP!!! First off it smells like dirty bar carpet in here. The wooden chairs are all flaking and in complete disrepair. Holes in the booths. And the servers are just rude AF. Columbus has been such a disappointment. Everything is rundown and dumpy.

Great service and food. Best deals on Tuesday buy wings and get 2nd order half price. So buy 10 wings get 10 more half price. Bone in. Now go Thursday and buy one get one free on boneless. Whether its 6 and 6 free or 10 and 10 free. Great deal. Oops wrong bone in picture, but ain’t Charlee so beautiful!

First time ever at a BWW. Didn’t seem overly busy. Waitress was extremely nice. Enjoyed her service. Like a 25 minute wait on a burger and wings. Wings were good and hot. Burger was cold and came out wrong. Had a lot higher expectation for a $12 burger….js.

Server didn’t seat us. I had to find someone to wipe table down, obviously from people that was served before arriving. She took over 20 minutes to place order. Then took 40 minutes or more to get food and drinks. Food was cold.
