This Chipotle is perfectly fine. Not sure what went horribly wrong with their opening but we had a great experience. We went during the lunch rush on a Monday, everything was stocked, the employees were very friendly and the overall experience was perfectly fine. Definitely not deserving the low rating.

Brand new Chipotle?? Highly disappointed!! Waited in line for over 30 mins waiting for rice to be cooked at an establishment where rice is the basis of pretty much ALL of the entrees offered on the menu?? Counters were dirty, staff wasn’t using clean gloves. Moving from one station to the next with the same set of gloves then playing in the shredded cheese to mix it up. The manager never once apologized for the wait or addressed the crowd that lined up from the counter to the door. The store owner really needs to get involved because this is a awful way to start out a brand new location.

Waited 20 min in the pickup line to then drive home and open up an empty kids meal and an uncooked quesadilla(literally a cold tortilla with cheese smushed in between). Also missing chips and less than desirable looking guac. I get that they’re working out kinks but not checking the orders they’re packing is just careless. Specifically went here tonight so I wouldn’t have to cook dinner but ended up having to anyway for my kids and then spent another 30-40 min trying to get a refund through their very frustrating Pepper chat. About half the time my orders are wrong from any of their locations, totally unacceptable.

We arrived at 9pm and this location closes at 11pm, but they had almost no food left on the line to make our bowl. The chicken and peppers&onions were both on the grill but there was no timing for when they’d be available to serve. The rice was out (both kinds) and black beans were all empty. My daughter had already ordered and got the last scoop of many items so I could not get my meal to eat with her. I waited 10 minutes and went inside to try again but inventory was still out. I had to drive down the street to get a chicken sandwich from Wendy’s so we could eat together. There should be a manager doing a better job of sequencing supplies but that didn’t appear to be happening here. Plus, no apology from the staff. No complimentary chips as a make-good. Just a bad experience and a reminder to eat elsewhere next time.

A few weeks I wrote a somewhat negative review about the new Chipotle on Battleground. But I’m reasonable, so I decided to try them again. Well I am happy to say that they have worked hard to improve their service. Totally different from my last visit. Atmosphere is much improved.

Terrible. We got steak burritos and the meat was so overcooked it was hard to chew. Not much steak was even in the burritos and the chips seemed to be a mix of fresh and stale. Some chips were so heavily seasoned with lime that it was hard to eat them. I am perfectly happy spending five extra dollars at Taco Mama because I know the quality of the food will always be there! No more Chipotle for me!

I’m trying to pull their rating up because they are not deserving of a low rating. Seems like most of the reviews were from opening day and people were somehow surprised there was a long wait. Or they’ve never had Chipotle before. I had a perfect Chipotle experience: ordered online, pulled right up to the drive through, the employee was perfectly pleasant, my food was hot, ready, accurate, and we’ll portioned. It was better than the Chipotle further down Battleground.

There was hardly any food left. This is about 1:15 in the afternoon trash cans over filling. Many people standing around not doing a whole lot. Employees coming and refilling their drinks and just walking right past the trash pile. Not a clean table in the house.

Today was attempt 3 eating at this Chipotle. Yet again today, nothing was ready to serve when I walked in at 10:50, 5 minutes after they open. The lady chopping the chicken didn’t even greet me at all and looked at another employee telling him to “make sure the doors where locked” even though it was past time for them to be open. They’ve definitely been open long enough at this point to know how long it takes to prepare the food. Tried to contact the corporate office and manager at the store to let them know, but got the computer bot run around with both avenues. We will not be returning to this store and maybe not Chipotle in general.

Why are all the Chipotle establishments so rude? This is such a shame considering that this chipotle just recently opened. We ordered online and came through the drive through an hour later and our food was still not ready. The girl said that she was the only one working in her area, and we completely understood and told her we would come back around in 15 minutes. When we came back the line was so long, we walked in the store and then the girl said that maybe we ordered from a different location. Nope! This was the one. Then she began to say that our order must have been stolen??? She then said that she already did an order for Megan which had a completely different last name! We checked. She gave us our bag with a smirk on her face and said “found it.” After 40 unnecessary minutes later we finally got our food!! Then when I opened the bag my burrito was the size of my hand. There was definitely not the amount of portions I should have received. I’m so disappointed because I was craving Chipotle and I didn’t get enough. It’s already expensive for no reason! At least give me what I pay for. Even the Chipotle on west over Terrence sucks as well. I don’t know what’s going on with Chipotle but it’s absolutely ridiculous. Do not go to this location. I promise that you will be wasting your time. It’s not even convenient at all. You have to cross traffic to even get there. Do better Chipotle.
