5 Star service was provided for me during my visit here to this particular Taco Bell franchise. The cashier/customer service representative, Shawnda who greeted me upon arrival helped me with my order and then not only placed my order but then proceeded to wash her hands put on disposable gloves and a apron and also make my order in a timely fashion. All with a smile on her face. I could tell she did not have much help but that did not influence her attitude and disposition towards me. I left with a smile on my face along with properly made food and a overall delicious experience. As a truck driver if I am ever in that area again. I would definitely return to that same establishment and hope to see that same representative of that franchise. 5 star service and experience!

Figure I would try this location for the first time and I know it will be my last. Total came to 20 in change which i found that to be crazy. the first lady that took my order was very nice. the second lady preparing the order putting into a bag was miserable and I’m sure had a bad day.

One worker made all of the food while another stood awkwardly at front counter doing nothing. Many people waiting, food took over 20 minutes to be made. Cherry on top: no baja blast because soda machine was broken

I feel bad for the employees here. The owners of this Taco Bell aren’t willing to pay for the adequate staff to run it. Literally every time I’ve come here, there’s only ONE PERSON taking orders, cooking, prepping, and washing dishes at one time! Never have a ever seen this at any Taco Bell. And it’s sad. The food is always great, but I need to wait over 15 minutes to get it. You can tell the staff is fed up with the work load, and seem to be overwhelmed. I make sure to tip them extremely heavy when I go there, because they really are trying their best. So 5 stars to the employees working hard! 1 star to TA… have some respect for your workers, they don’t deserve what you’re putting them through.

Regardless of how clean or nice the establishment looks when you walk in, Taco Bell is meant to be cheap. Don’t try and charge 2.99 for the cheesy bean and rice burrito when you can get it on the next exit for 1.59, you just won’t make the sale. Whoever manages this location clearly doesn’t know what they’re doing. Lower the prices.

@TacoBell. You have an employee at this location named Will G. If you ever lose him, it will be your biggest loss. I like tacobell, but every location always messes up my order. I travel for work and have been to a store location of yours in almost every state except Hawaii and Alaska. He needs to be promoted to travel the country and train your workers. He made every part of our meal and put his pride into it. The only reason you are getting a good review and my wife and my continued business is solely his doing. Some needs to give this man a raise.

I’ve never been to a Taco Bell that refuses service because they’re backed up….. Sat in the line for a few minutes until one of them noticed me at the counter and then rudely basically said they’re not taking any new orders until they’re not backed up it’s going to be a while….

Went there to get take out tonight and there was a person infront of us and no one acknowledged us or said I will be right with you finally after 10 minutes I asked and he said you weren’t here when I told the guest infront of you I had to finish cleaning so instead of pausing the cleaning (sweeping) to help us and then get back to it after you help the customers. Will not return extremely rude
