Ordered a family meal which included a bucket of chicken biscuits potatoes gravy and Coleslaw. Went to this location around 2:45 pm, chicken was not fresh, outside was hard and dry, chicken was also dry. Biscuits were not fresh either, hard and broken into pieces when tried buttering them. If I had to guess this food I received was made at the beginning of the shift… 10:30 am and still being served over 4 hours later. Very disappointing experience here

Went there today got a 3 piece tender meal on my break. Go to sit in the lot and eat and look in the box there’s a long piece of colored hair in my fries. I immediately go back and show them and request a refund the lady gonna say “we don’t do refunds do you want another meal”. I responded why would I want another meal when my meal has hair in it! I said I want to speak to a manager. She claims she was the manager. I said well I want my money back I done lost my appetite! She gonna close the window make a call then open it back up and say I’ll give you a refund…oh I know you will!! Their attitudes are unacceptable and their customer service sucks! One thing for sure is they just lost a 5 day a week customer after today! Oh and let me not forget nobody had on a hair net!

I ordered a 3 piece original with mashed potatoes in the drive through. The girl working the window asked over the speaker if I wanted to donate a dollar for a coupon book, and I said yes. When I get to the window a girl with a bad attitude hands me my food/drink and I said thank you, and she didn’t say anything – just slams the window shut. I was in a bit of a hurry to get back to work, so I left without checking the bag. I look in the bag and there’s NO coupon book, napkins or straw. This location has really gone down hill with service. They replaced the whole crew that was friendly, and would greet people at the register a couple months back, and brought in all lazy people with bad attitudes. I used to go there 5 times per week and eat inside on my lunch break – the staff called me their favorite customer. The last 2 times I ate inside, I literally waited 15-20 minutes for my food, and there was 1 car in the drive through. They proceeded to make another 10 meals for others, but didn’t make mine. I asked the manager very politely, and he said one of the girls deleted it from the status board – he was nice After he told her to make it, it still took another 7 or 8 minutes of them all standing around doing nothing to get my meal. I probably won’t be going there again – very poor customer service! I go to other restaurants and get treated so much better.

Other items are ok at best, DO NOT BUY ANY CHICKEN PIECES! They are burned and unedible. The thigh pieces are just fried coating over chicken bone and the chicken leg has no meat on it. Who is going to eat this???? This also took them forever to prepare! It’s only 3 pieces of reheat chicken and it’s worth *TEN DOLLARS*. How does it take 6+ minutes to make? Don’t eat there, your better off getting frozen chicken and heating it in an oven from the grocery store then eating this.

I just walked in to pick up a grubhub order. Asked a young lady by the name of Denise Caucasian young lady, for kates order then African American Girl with a gap Who was on her phone and ignored me when I said excuse me by the way name is angel so she’ says came to the front and literally just started being all loud about the fact that the order was taken already by someone else because she made it. I asked her to lower her volume Why are u yelling She said Because I made the order and people continue to take stuff That is not my fault as the driver as a worker she was. So unprofessional, Aggressive and rude you should not be talking to people like this. In a business, you’re really comfortable. If you hate your job quit, there’s no need to treat people this way.

Just terrible.. I order the tenders box it came with 1 sauce for some reason like I only ordered one tender.. and my fries were very very soggy and cold. Whoever was the manager in charge needs to be fired immediately! Because 20 dollars for this is unacceptable. Oh and btw I was supposed to get two orders of fries it look like they gave me a kids meal..

Even though the dining room was open According to the App and the hours listed on the door, both doors were locked. When using the drive thru To pick up the pick up order they were rude Because we didn’t stop at the speaker however there wasn’t a no one’s door telling pick up orders to do so. Then we were advised they didn’t have the 5 piece. After she repeated it again, I asked what our options. She sd a 3 piece, 5 boneless tenders that were ordered cost same as 3 piece that was also ordered. We agreed. She asked up to pull into pick up parking spot. Then she yells to us from the store that she don’t carry sweet tea. We get home and the sides to the “new” 3 piece were the same as the 2nd instead of what was originally ordered.

Sparsely been here for the past half year and let me tell you this is the worst KFC I’ve witnessed. It’s always something going here. I’ve been charged with unrequested donations to the KFC foundation, been shorted a piece of chicken in a 3 piece (TWICE), been given the wrong sides, and been given rude employees. I wouldn’t be surprised if the people they hire here can’t even count their fingers. Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave.
