I sat down and ate at Tacos Mexico for lunch the other day and it was so good! The place is nice and quaint. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Awesome food, at amazing prices. Can’t go wrong! I got their Steak Platter w/ Yellow Rice, Red Beans, & a Salad. The steak had great flavor and complimented the other side dishes really well. Their other menu options are pretty good as well too. If anyone is looking for some homey Mexican food in Newark. I’d highly recommend Tacos Mexico!

Tacos are absolutely delicious, best tacos I’ve ever had. I recommend the carnitas but if you’re not into the fat then the steak(bisteck) ones are the next best. Their tacos also come with pickled vegetables on the side which make it even more delightful. I devour the whole container in less than five minutes haha. They are very kind and respectful and offer amazing costumer service. I don’t know why anyone would rate it lower than a four but maybe they were just having a bad day because I’ve known this taquerias for years now. Ever since they were located by Montclair Ave and I have never had a bad experience. I’ve recommended it to many people and they have all loved it. I hope their business grows and gets the recognition it deserves!

This is my first time having Authentic tacos,trust me Taco Bell does not count…. OMG these tacos were amazing especially the steak… everything was freshly made and so flavorful… the way they package your food is also awesome (I ordered steak n chicken 4 of each ) they were in separate boxes with their own fixings ( this pickled carrots n widgets of lime and some Spicy red sauce)….so yummy… I called in my order the lady was very nice n polite….I am definitely coming back.
