Two things: Management problems are clearly an issue here (which they probably blame their employees for) and they legit don’t accept orders quite often. It’s been close to a 50% chance for me if they’ll be accepting orders in the middle of the day. Often, I drive up and some woman curtly says they can’t take orders cause their computer is down or some other excuse. Today, I waited behind a car ahead of me for a while just to have them drive off around the car that had been at the pickup window for a while. I drove up to the speaker to place my order and they just straight up did not respond. Waited for a while but no one ever responded at the speaker and I left so the car behind me could discover the same experience. They must be losing so much money turning away customers! I’ve been frequenting this location over the past couple months because I like the food. And the food is usually very good (although once the fries were covered in black soot from clearly over used or burnt oil).

I gave them 3 stars for service only because they are very slow to get your food. Each time I’ve come, myself and others just wonder why? The food is great. The servers are very nice. They are just slow. This will not stop me from coming back though. Also the ice cream products are great

If I could rate this place a negative ZERO and had the energy to contact the GM of this location I would do it in a heartbeat. HOWEVER this little review will have to be enough for me. I’ve lived in TEXAS for the last 30 plus years and ordered food at various locations less than 10 occasions during that time span. This is because I ALWAYS order a blizzard or a small dipped cone – hardly ever order food.

Horrible place. I usually don’t put a review, but this was an horrible experience. When I say I will never go back to this place never. Their customer service is also rude, they had to nerve to slam the window shut when I was asking if this is how they normally serve people. They made my order wrong with hair on the burger and look like someone bit all around the meat patty. And it was cold.
