Let me start by making one thing clear…. I am NOT a sandwich person…. Despite that I used to practically LIVE at the South Beach location when I worked on the beach – but regardless of location this place never disappoints. I ALWAYS get the Frenchie and if I have a sweet tooth that day instead, you can’t go wrong with a Nutella croissant. If the dressing does not have a napkin wrapped around it with a thin rubber band I don’t want it. Trust me… use the dressing liberally.

I placed a large order over the phone and had to give my credit card number. Lo and behold,my card was then used for several charges at CVS that were fraudulent. I had to cancel the card and go through all the hassle that occurs after that. However, they have the best sandwiches in town with the freshest ingredients. Just beware of giving your credit card information to a staff with a heavy accent!!

Great sandwiches, every time. Service is always great and accommodating. You can sit inside or outside. Had the south beach sandwich, and it was so good. I usually get the brie and pate sandwich, and this one was just as good. Dont forget the dressing! You can also buy cornichons or dressing to go. Perfect lunch spot. Thank you!

My first bad situation with a franchise I proudly liked to support. I have a torn ACL and have always ordered curbside pickup (an option that is clearly mentioned on google) yet tonight they “have never had curbside ever”. Both the gentlemen working were not in their best customer service or attitude when I spoke. There’s a way to talk to people and they failed terribly. Whoever was working on the 22nd April at 8:30pm is straight trash!

The server charged another customer, took cash with the gloves, then went to do my sandwich without washing hands and change of gloves. Not a safe place to ear since they don’t follow sanitation rules. I told the guy to change gloves and re-do my sandwich. But just wanted to get my money back and leave the place when I saw that action.
