Thin crust wasn’t worth buying. I ate one ‘square’ and threw the whole thing away. Cheese was miniscule and the pizza was cold after a 5min drive to the condo. Not sure how it wasn’t fresh since I was in the parking lot when I ordered and picked up immediately when ready.

Negative 2 stars. They know they are running a monopoly in town and the quality and service reflects that. It is absolute trash. All of the 5 star reviews about this location were bought and paid for by the owner. Every time I have ordered delivery from this location, it either arrives late/cold or something is missing from my order entirely. I don’t want a credit or a refund, i just want this place to NOT suck… but maybe that’s asking too much.

Every time we order the food is bad. Every single time. The pizzas are flat and never have any sauce, the pastas are flat and half the size they should be. They are either skimping out on ingredients or their oven is broken. Clearly the owner does not care as this store has been consistently getting 1 star reviews for the last year.

I’ve used this Domino’s in Lago Vista for years. The quality and consistency has gone so down hill. It use to be 4-5 Star now 1-3. Why? The topping on my pizzas are about 1/3 the amount they use to be. Either they don’t have portion control and it up to the pizza maker to do what ever they want to or they have been told to cut back on the toppings. Todays pizza and on some previous pizzas the cheese only covered about 50% of the center of the pizza. I add hamburger and pineapples. There were 0-4 pieces of each on a slice. Most of a slice was bread. Their pizzas topping use to go from edge to edge. Not any more. I ordered their deep dish. I have only written 2 bad reviews in 5 years. I hope the owner reads this one as I think he live in the area. He /she needs to train the employees. As soon as he/she gets competition the gold mine will go away. That’s what happens when you have no competition.

Great customer service! I was just in the store on a Friday night and they were busting butt making a lot of orders, but still had time to converse with us. Ordered pick up and it was done in 15 minutes. Thanks for feeding Lago!

I would have given a 5 star review two months ago, we have always received yummy pizza and great service, both my sons have even worked there. In the past month, both times we ordered pizza, last night being the second time, our pizza has been very over cooked, enough so that the cheese was black. We are hoping this is not the norm, but will probably not order from here for a while.

Pizza is nothing spectacular as it’s typical domino’s. But what really is a huge disappointment is the inconsistent follow through of the staff. Why have a pie cut option for thin crust if no one reads it. And teach your staff what extra means. It doesn’t mean the same amount as the second pizza that does not have the extra option selected. Finally, the mini cuts on a thin crust piece doesn’t work. It’s annoying as all heck and not a way to enjoy a pizza unless you’re a toddler. Please cut all pizza in a pie shape and make the little squares an option. Trust me when I tell you real pizza people will appreciate this change. This trend needs to die a horrible death

EVERY SINGLE TIME i get wings with VERY LITTLE sauce! Every time I call and complain. Most of the time they send more wings, but this is getting old. If there was ANY other pizza place that delivered here I would never order from them again. This had been consistent for years. Every owner and manager I talk to assures me they are changing it, but never do.

Seems like there is always an issue or something wrong, last time they “lost my order” and I had to wait for them to remake it. This time they told me 15-20 for carry out, that was almost an hour ago. It still says 15 minutes to go on the order screen. Just tell me the real estimate when I order, no reason to sit here for 45+ min when I could be at home.. I will say pizza when right is pretty solid, just need to set better expetations.
