1st off I quit going to this location about 5 years ago because of the service was so bad. Doing a date with my wife and praying for a great experience. The experience was great. Plus we had the manager come by and serve us personally. We’ve been there twice now. Both times superb.

Usually we have a good experience here. But not today. We went in before the afternoon rush. Our server didn’t come great us or take our drinks orders until after about 30 min of us sitting. After she took our order it literally took 1 hour to get our food. Not once did they come check in to inform us of what was going on. When we finally got our food we have had been there for over 1 hr 30 min. And not even after 10 min of getting our food the waiter was already bringing us to go boxes. This was the worst service I’ve ever had. Not a single apology, instead we were compensated by the waiter with a few extra chocolates they give to go, as If that made up for the lack of service, and wasted time.

We usually go here since it’s the closest one nearby. Never really had a bad experience here, the host and waitress were friendly every time we come the service was great. Today was a different story I came in for lunch to meet up with my mother n law and husband. The host didn’t get her name an (elderly with white hair) lady was in the front did not welcome me as I walked in, I asked her if I can seat in the booth in the bar area. Her response was something about the bartender is the only one and that we can only be seated inside and I didn’t understand the rest of what she said didn’t make sense. Anyways I spotted my party at the table at the booth in the bar area and sat down. During the whole time eating there they allowed other customers to dine in the booth in the bar area?! Sooooo why did she try to turn me away from sitting over there? Seems odd… I was wearing an Air Force shirt, or maybe it was my ethnicity? After we finished our lunch she just watched us walk out of the door and did not Thank you… so what’s the point of a host position? If you hate you job then work somewhere else that will make you happy.

It’s been awhile since we’ve been to Olive Garden, as I’m vegan. In the past it was very difficult to get a meal beside salad with bottles of oil and vinegar on the side and some dry bread. Olive Garden has upped its game and has more options for vegans now. The salad was fresh. Bread was good. The pasta was perfectly cooked – I had angel hair ,which many places overcook, but this perfect and hot. My only Impossible beef is that the marinara sauce was a little boring, but I’m happy that I had options. My significant other’s meal was perfectly prepared. And he is happy that there are more vegan options, as he loves Olive Garden, and now we can visit together more often than ever 3 or 4 years. Our server, Sergio, was fantastic.

No wait time on a Sunday about 4pm. Atmosphere was good. Server was very friendly and on top of things. Besides my kids fighting over a meatball, all was good.

I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more! I’ve been coming here since childhood, and I always find myself getting excited when I come back. The servers check on you in a way that isn’t bothersome, the food is literally always delicious, and the atmosphere is very friendly and homey. If you’re thinking of coming here to eat, I would 100% recommend it!

To be fair it is an olive garden and the only reason for the 4 stars on service I because they was extremely busy that day. So in all honesty the service was great for how busy they were. That being said it’s is Italian salads , pastas and soups Done right. You can not go wrong at Olive Garden.
