We went to Hood River on a whim for my birthday. We googled nearby restaurants and found this Gem. The menu initially attracted us. Then when we called for a last minute reservations, they accommodated us without hesitation and welcomed us with open arms. It was a house converted to restaurant. When you walk up, there are fabulous smells that entice your appetite and curiosity. We had great seating outside on the wrap around deck with a beautiful water view. The menu didn’t disappoint, We ordered and enjoyed the best meal. The flavors, the smells all so indulgent. It was truly yummy and satisfying. They do not skimp on portions either. The wait staff was amazing and well trained able to give their guests a wonderful experience. The restaurant staff made you feel like family and you were meant to be there. The cost is reasonable and you definitely get your money’s worth. I introduced myself to the owner and I was thoroughly impressed and can see why her employees give the best service they have a boss that seems to care and demonstrates the same positive vibe and behavior. Thank you for hosting us for my birthday dinner. We love your restaurant and will definitely return. Thank you!

Anniversary dinner with wife and friends. Meals were outstanding. The service was excellent. A unique restaurant set in an old style home. I had the crab stuffed sole. It was amazing. The crusted chicken looked delicious. The wife had a beef and shrimp plate, which she said was excellent. Maybe the only thing concerning the atmosphere was the tables were a bit too close, just not private enough.

In town for business (and a little wine pleasure). Was recommended to try this classy little joint out! Service – EXCELLENT! Wine – EXCELLENT!! Appetizers- WOW! Main course – HOME RUN! All around five stars! The price – extremely reasonable for a high class restaurant! You get a stunning view (you wouldn’t necessary expect it being smack in downtown but the Mountain View’s won’t let you down! Can’t recommend this place enough! When we are back in town, we will definitely come back! You gotta go!

We hear this place is busy but we lucked out and we’re the only ones on a Sunday afternoon. The lady working there ( I assume she also cooks and serves) is very kind and sweet – exceptional customer service- the food is very delicious. Huge salad with extremely fresh greens. It tasted like it was picked today. Highly recommend it. The fried chicken is very yummy. So is the crab stuffed sole. Portions are also generous.

Most pleasant dining experience! Summer atmosphere in an outdoor dining room, beautiful view, wonderful staff, off the top! Menu is second to none. Busy evening, our attendant, Ashlyn, kept us up with current status. Yes it was busy, the time it took for an order to arrive, gave us more visiting opportunity.

We wanted a nice dinner out in Hood River and we found it. 3 Rivers Grill had great service, good and atmosphere. We sat outside and enjoyed the warm weather and the sun setting. The food is fresh, good portions and delicious. Highly recommend. We didn’t eat inside but the accommodations looked nice there as well.

The outside seating was beautiful, and the staff were kind and attentive! The food was 5/10, seemed like the chef was stuck in the 90s. Every entree had piped mashed potatoes and bland veggies. I would go back for cocktails and ambiance, but never eat there again.
