That’s Disgusting
Not worth the $23 for lunch. I asked for a 2 piece with both breasts. Yes there is an up charge and I understand that, but shouldn’t the chicken be fresh and hot NOT luke warm and dry? And maybe even look like a chicken breast?

I pulled up to drive through. Was asked to wait a minute. A minute. It turned into 7 minutes still nothing. I drove off. I don’t even know why I returned to there. I’ve been there 3 times and there’s been some sort of issue every time. Love the food, just can’t wait for the screw-ups at work there.

Drive all the way home to Hays to find out they only gave me one of my 5 piece tender combos! It is ridiculous that when I got there it took forever to even get waited on and they weren’t even busy! Then I asked if both tender meals were there and was assured they were and nope! Mad at myself for not checking, but very annoyed that I had 3 meals and they couldn’t manage to get all of them in the bag! I want a refund because obviously I can’t go back for it! So contact support thru the app and get nothing but the run around when I ask for a refund! Im so done with Popeyes! Doesn’t matter where you go they always manage to forget part of the order!

This was my first time eating Popeyes. We paid over $30 for 2 pieces of chicken, coleslaw, and fries. The biscuits and chicken were dry. I wanted a grilled chicken sandwich, but they were out of buns. Ummm?? We will not go back. Based on food quality and price, we will not go back.

Food was ready fast (order on the app!) and it was fresh and had extra sauce and napkins. Perfect service! Clean inside and plenty of tables. They even have outlets with USB at each table if you need a charge up. Great location.

If you’re looking for a quick stop to grab some food, this isn’t the place. Very slow. The individual who appears to be the manager was clearly annoyed at what seemed to be the incompetence of his employees. And zero stars for cleanliness: every single table was filthy. Glad I wasn’t eating in. The bathroom needed some attention as well. The food tasted alright, although the chicken pieces were very much on the smaller side. Will be avoiding this location if I find myself driving through here again.

I was so excited to eat here i live an hr away and was traveling through. An tell I went through drive and order my food. I was so nice to the lady and she wasn’t the nicest person very rude. And when I got my order some of was right and I ask for some dipping sauce since was none that I ask for and she literally threw it at me and hurry up and shut the window. And then I pulled over to eat. The food was disgusting it was cold taste like It was sitting out for awhile. I ask to have food freshly made and I told them I would wait longer. After calling several times with no answer i was frustrated I threw the food out and went to McDonald’s instead. I won’t be coming to this Popeyes for awhile
