Excellent pizza but… Driver drove all the way up to the porch through our yard and my fiance’s flower garden she just planted, it was a slight drizzle and not pouring down. So I have to give a 1/5 for delivery and 3/5 for food, kinda burnt the loaded tater tots but like I said pizza was perfect.

Always hot and fast. They offer good deals and the more you go there, the more you save. The employees have always been nice to me as well. I love the cinnimon twists they have for dessert. They are like soft pretzels dipped in butter then rolled in cinnimon/sugar. Yummy!

Very disappointed with online ordering. First the online never told me how much until after check out. $3 tip offer stinks. misleading when you listen to the offer on TV. it is only good for one week the next week We usually eat pizza out about once a month so that is worthless. Just over all dissatisfied with on line order. Been a loyal domino’s customer for years. Just learned to never do online again. We are a regular at the Bluewater store in Niceville.

Their process definitely needs to improve. Can’t carry out only drive thru but you have to go in and order. Waited 30 mins for a cold pizza. If someone pizza is not ready move them out of the way. The person handing you the pizza in the drive thru would have done the same at the counter so why drive thru pickup only?

I made an order last Friday in which my pizza (and it happened to be my birthday) was missing one of the three toppings. I called and was told I would be refunded for that pizza; not ideal but I accepted this remediation. However, you guessed it, no refund has ever appeared on my card. Thanks Dominoes, I was expecting better. Now I am going to have to call them back and demand a better service a week later!

The one chance I have had to order pizza in months due to my wife’s pregnancy diet and it was perfect. Norman showed up not long after placing the order with a couple of perfectly cooked hot pizzas. Mine well done and hers thin and crispy. I’ve been used to being disappointed by other locations, but this one is on point. Thank you for being good at what you do
