ABSOLUTELY AWFUL!! Do not waste your money at this location. Unless you like to pay $20 for a gamble at what you may receive! They gave me the wrong order TWICE IN A ROW! One day they were out of beef? Burned chips. No sauces. Dipping taco box?? Best I can do is two chalupas.

Waited 30 min in line and my food came out cold and still bright pink, severely undercooked. The staff are far from pleasant, they where either unbelievably rude or unbelievably depressed. Asked my cashier if he was okay and he told me he wanted to kill himself (I do hope he’s okay). I wonder how back the management team is if their workers are like this. Extreme changes need to be made to this place or it’s as good as gone cause I never want to experience that again.

This is probably the worst KFC in America. A couple of weeks ago I went by at 11 (they open at 10:30) and a man was in the store but all The lights and everything were off. I pulled up to the drive up window and knocked on it and he said there’s no manager there so they can’t do any business he had no idea when they’re going to be there or open. He clearly had chicken cooked and everything ready to go just apparently couldn’t sell anything.

This place is garbage, gotten worse and in a steady decline for three years at least. The fun thing about this establishment is that if you go through the drive thru, you’ll get to go again because they’ll always forget something in your order.

Came to this location to order when they opened. Waited for 10 minutes before anyone responded to the drive thru speaker for them to say that even though they opened they had no food that would be ready until another 30 minutes. If there is no food ready until 40 minutes after you open then you probably shouldn’t be open yet. I drove to another location further down that opened at the same time and they had their food ready and were much nicer and more professional.

This is a Kentucky Fried Chicken and Taco Bell. Unfortunately, this location does not support the Tavo Bell mobile app. We ended up eating a KFC item and then picked up what we wanted from Taco Bell at the Woodstock location on Hwy 92 and Main Street 3 miles up the road. A bit of an inconvenience but doable.

The cashier and management seem nice enough. However, I ordered a deluxe Cravings box and I requested to replace the beef on the hard taco and on the chalupa with chicken.
