My family and I recently moved to Cleveland in December of last year. Only four months ago typically I’m a fan of little Caesars pizza and typically I get the hot and ready. However the last couple times I’ve got the EMB pepperoni because they have it available and ready and it’s just a better tasting pizza then the other cheaper ones. Today however. I tried calling the store twice and let it ring approximately 10 times a piece prior to going up there. The phone was never answered and then when I got up there, they did have that pizza available. Unfortunately, the pizza was nowhere close to fresh. In fact, the crust was very hard like a brick. The pizza itself was barely warm. Pretty disappointed. It must’ve been sitting in there from this morning anyway I hope they get fixed whatever they need to get fixed. Until they do I suppose I’ll travel a little further north to the Towne Square to get Papa John’s. Oh well.

Order 4 pizzas came out really quickly very short wait time. Pizza was pipping hot. 2 cheese 2 pepperoni. Staff is always friendly and patient. No complaints. I recommend calling ahead and using drive thru tho. It makes it faster and easier.

Pizza tastes better when it is made with love! Melissa or Marissa I can’t remember her name, the one handling the drive through. She was fast as lightening, friendly as they come, had a contagious smile, and treated us with kindness! 10 out of 10 would recommend!

They were clearly down a worker or two on the day I went. However, my carryout order was apparently put into the warmer without a name. The lobby was full of people waiting for orders and no one ever came up to the register. I waited longer than I should have for my name to pop up on the online order portal (it never did) and then it took me forever to get someone’s attention to ask about my order. When I finally got someone’s attention, they gave me the completey lukewarm and undercooked pizza that they had put in the warmer probably 20 minutes prior and yelled to the other workers, “I think I found who this pizza belongs to!” As a former Little Caesars employee, it was a sad experience.
