Nothing like waiting an hour for a pizza! Correction, for them to remake a pizza you ordered over an hour ago and they lost the order. They have been remaking it for 35 minutes now! Ingot out of my car, walked up to the window, the young lady says they are making it again, this being the 3rd time because they don’t think it went through to be processed. The WORST experience ever! They never once offered to compensate me for the hour and twent-five minutes that I spent waiting.

I order 4 pizzas and only one was cooked, it was so undercooked it look like it would give someone salmonella . Also the manager did even agree with me. Waste Of Money and I have seen them once when picking up an order NOT WASH THEIR HANDS. So I do not recommend. I am extremely disappointed.

Papa johns pizza use to be awesome. We ordered 2 large pizzas. One was a large bacon and the other was a large cheese. I’m sorry to complain but those were the worst pizzas I’ve ever had. I thought it might just be my taste buds but it wasn’t. My husband and my 11 year old wouldn’t eat it either. That was a very expensive dinner that night because I had to cook something else for us. I didn’t call them but should have. But when this opportunity popped up to rate them. I couldn’t help myself but to tell about our experience. Especially after I had bragged to our 11 year old how good papa Johns was supposed to be. They didn’t even deserve one star that day. Has anyone else experienced this at the Greer location. I truly hope not.

Called and ordered online – first frustration is that the new call in ordering service tries to push everything on you – asks multiple times if you want to upgrade your pizza, do you want to add the new special pizza, etc. No. I’m ordering what I want if you would just listen to me. Please stop interrupting me to ask me to upgrade everything and add on everything. Then I get to the store to pick up my order and it’s wrong – ordered two medium pizzas and they try to give me a medium pizza and an order of wings. Instead of trying to correct the order, they tell me I can either take that order or void the order and make a new one. How long is that going to take? 25 MINUTES – after YOU are the one that messed up the order. No thanks. Wont be back.

My husband and I ordered a pizza and the cinnamon pull apart. It took 2 and a half hours to get here and the food was cold. Not even a tad bit warm. The cinnamon pull aparts was as hard as a brick and we have tired to call the store and their phones aren’t working.
