Terrible customer service. Ordered online. Details of my order just say big New Yorker. I was given a very greasy plane cheese pizza. Should have been a pepperoni New Yorker. Spoke with the manager who just kept saying it’s not their fault because I ordered online. I begged her to remake my order. The only thing she could say is it’s company policy. That was the only thing she knew how to say. Never ordering from here again.

Hawaiian pizza what a joke. This was the worst disgusting pizza I have ever seen or tasted they took pressed ham lunch meat thin little slices and spread out on the top with a few chunks of pineapple. I will never order from them again. The sauce was nasty

Tonight’s order will be my last order from this place. Forty dollars for eight wings and a large pizza, half supreme and half pepperoni, thin crust, an absolute joke of a pizza, excuse me but literally where is the half that was supposed to be combination??? Customer service sounded half asleep and the food was delivered cold. Where are all the people that take pride in customer service?? Apparently not working at Pizza Hut,, when I order a pizza and ask for half of that pizza to be combination, I expect it to be just that, not to mention they call their combination,,, Supreme,,, that’s the hilarious part, there is nothing and I repeat nothing Supreme about their pizza, nothing Supreme about anything I experienced tonight and there are no second chances at a first impression. Come on Pizza Hut step up your game. Your food and service are disgraceful.

Fast service and delivery, too. But slow down a bit. I want my pizza to taste good, not burnt. I even ordered extra pepperoni but only got regular to none. Even there was hardly any chicken on the pizza. The taste was not the same as I remembered either. It’s sad to see a place that I used to love do this poorly.

Put more than 2 peices of pepperoni per slice without having to order extra pepperoni. Offer choice of desert in triple box special. Other than that the pizza tastes great just like I remember it in 1992 when I was growing up. Memories of when my Mom would take me there at least once a week.
