I ordered the new pepperoni-stuffed crust pizza on 6/19 and it was really good. I was impressed with how heavy it was with all the ingredients. I liked that it has a special discounted price right now. They made it in less than 15 minutes. When I arrived to pick up the pizza, it was fresh and hot. I also ordered online which was very convenient and easy.

If i could give a 0, I would. Ordered a pizza at 3pm. It is now 5:30pm with no pizza. I called them letting them know that I never received my order, and they promised me and refund and a new order to be sent out. I just called to let them know hey, still haven’t received my pizza. And guess what? The female manager I talked to before didn’t place to order or the refund and the male manager wouldn’t grant what she said. Would greatly appreciate to speak to someone higher up because this is terrible service and something needs to be done.

After reading all the reviews I was a little hesitant to order from this store. However, I took a chance and am glad I did. My large pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust was delicious! I heated up the leftovers the next day for dinner and it was still delicious! I had no problems or complains. I will be ordering again soon!

1st time I ordered from this store. Ordered online. Pizza showed up quickly and was totally wrong. The receipt was correct but the item was incorrect. After multiple calls and 20 minutes on hold I drove to the store. They let me know their phones were down.

The best papa john’s in Northern Kentucky! I went there last week and the manager was simply amazing! I had ordered to the wrong papa johns and thought that it would take forever to redo my pizza, but the manager stuck to his promise and made it only took 8 minutes!
