Loved this place first time going our food was out quick and it was super tasty. Portions were also really big I wish I had taken a picture of the food beforehand. The decor was nice. Only thing is it was a little toasty in there but it was also 109 that day so I’m not gonna doc a star for that because it was hot everywhere. Otherwise good food, service and all around great little local restaurant to take your family to one time.

First, we were not told it would be an hour before we would get food, after 30 minutes of waiting, the people behind us were told that way they would have the option to leave instead of waiting. Then there was a THICK layer of grease sitting on top of both of our drinks. I don’t recommend the fried green beans, they are canned and you can definitely taste that. Here we are now, an hour later and still no sign of our actual meals.

Party of 4, 3 ordered fried food (fish, chicken) and a 1 wrap. Each with a side or two each. It’s obvious they cook/serve just one table at a time. Not sure if that’s their usual practice but it doesn’t work. It took over an hour, no exaggeration, to get our food. Service was friendly. Either they’re understaffed, or the process is completely inefficient. All of the food was really good and affordable, but the fries were soggy. The wait is just out of control.

Waited 20 minutes for drinks ,waitress forgot what we ordered had to order again . Another 15 minutes to order food,40 minutes later still no food. Simple food order bacon sandwich and cheeseburger. Tired of waiting I went up to pay for drinks owner wanted to argue that everyone is on a McDonald’s time frame, no im on a realistic time frame I work in the food service as a F&B director for Marriott hotels. I was never rude to this guy he offered the drinks free but I was served those so I refused free and paid. I would never return here. Also had a table by drink station buried with dirty clothes. Cooks visibly not washing hands and takeout orders taking priority , makes sense from reviews serving trash food is safer with takeout less likely to complain. Taillight guarantee.

Stopped here on the way back from Johnson’s Shut Ins and was not disappointed!!! Unbelievable burgers, incredible mozzarella sticks and the best fried pickles I’ve ever had. Will be back for sure!
