Stopped by lunch today to check out Koji sushi. Had the pleasure of speaking to the owner who was super nice. Got the sashimi deluxe, ahi tower, sweet shrimp, and mixed tempura. Everything was fresh and delicious! Highly recommend!

Koji Sushi just opened in Denton and is EASILY one of the best sushi restaurants in town. The food and service were amazing – we had bulgogi bento, teriyaki shrimp bento, and dumplings. We were so impressed with the sushi in the bento box that we were almost tempted to buy a roll to take home if we hadn’t been so full!
