The waitress took our order, the burgers were good, the wings were good, and we got the least amount of fries we’ve ever been served . The hamburger steak looked like it was a pre-made patty, very small and over cooked! Didn’t get the salad that went with the meal until the meal was almost finished and we flagged down the waitress, first time we’d seen her since she brought out our food. Never got a check. Not a good experience.

My husband and I were in town to get our Covid vaccines, so we thought we would try a local stop. There was parking in the back of the building, which was convenient. It was a neat place, and you could tell there was a lot of history there. I got the philly cheese steak sandwich with sweet potato fries, which was pretty good. Husband got the country fried steak with gravy and sweet potato fries. He really enjoyed it. The waitress was really friendly when she was in front of us, but also seemed a bit distracted, so wasn’t as attentive as I’d like. I’d say it’s worth a try, but I wouldn’t drive out to Elberton just for it.

Got the grilled chicken and home style fries. They were both absolutely amazing. Also got two drinks from the bar, that were absolutely delicious. The bartender was incredibly nice and kept up conversation when she wasn’t busy. I will definitely be gping back there soon.

Pretty cool place. The building has been the home of a eatery since the early 1900s. Had the Philly Cheese Steak which was really good. The bun was amazing. Decor is nice. Table tops on Jack Daniels barrels. Funky downtown within walking distance that is worth checking out too.

Richard’s is a fun and funky place. It’s in an old building downtown that has lots of relaxed charm. The service was excellent, our server was friendly, and attentive without being overbearing. Our food came out piping hot and quickly and was a good value for the price. We would definitely eat here again.

Had really high hopes and was greatly disappointed. It took us an hour (I wish I was exaggerating) to get out food. “Home style” fries is code for frozen fries. Fries were not even fully cooked. Staff was friendly but it’s hard to makeup for waiting that long for a marginal meal that should have been ready in 15 minutes or less.
