Sandwich was amazing. I got the Wisconsin one. Fries were good. Too bad I live far away otherwise this would be my go to spot to eat at while at this mall. And I think this was way better than steak escape and Charlie’s. ❤️

This isn’t a Steak Escape anymore. I’m not sure why it’s still listed as being there. It’s a dimly lit mall food court counter with a NOT STEAK ESCAPE menu. All the signage is gone. There are people behind the counter but it is NOT Steak Escape. Weird that they’re allowing this. Maybe if I had known it was something different I would have ordered but calling it Steak Escape online and finding something different feels suspect.

This place is so much more than just mall food. I’ve tried 3 different sandwiches and they’ve all been wonderful. The fries are always crispy, salted perfectly, and taste/look homemade (much better than fast food fries). Plus the strawberry lemonade is great, with a bold flavor and pretty pink color. You should give them a try!

I love this place I was here everyday. While i was there. This is one place i missed the most. The food is the BOMB. Fresh hot and delicious. The staff is awesome. They friendly personable and always professional. I love the atmosphere here. Just so positive! Grand Escape loaded fry and the lemonade. My mouth is watering now! Great food at a good price.

Stopped by the mall to grab lunch with my kids. I had the Wisconsin three cheese sub. Grilled fresh with fresh cut french fries. Definitely recommend the grilled subs! Can’t wait to try the tacos!!

Waited 46 minutes for them to open and they did not. Supposed to open at 11. Must have staffing issues. Waste of time. I gave them 2 stars cause I did make it there once and the food was good.

It’s not Steak Escape anymore and the food disappoints. I had the Steak Of Home, fries, and a drink. They don’t season anything for the sandwich, it’s diy after serving. Undercooked peppers were the strongest flavor on the sandwich. The fries weren’t ready until about 2 minutes after I was given the sandwich. The fries were soggy out of the fryer.
