Hey listen, so this location is a hit or miss just like all the others. It’s bomb when it’s hot & fresh but at times you might not even be able to get no chicken! But today, my food was SO GOOD. Chicken was fried to perfection (in the clean grease), dropped when I ordered it, skin was crunchy and the spicy was spicying! They asked me what sauce I wanted and actually had it – I even at the biscuit! Overall I can only give 3 stars though because it really is usually a hit or miss- heavy on the miss.

My family and I went in for dinner having many other choices around we chose Popeyes for their spices chicken sandwiches ! We ordered #3 but they had no bacon, manager never apologized, we ordered a family meal and had to ask for honey, hot sauce, ranch and plates , they had no plates , tables where dirty , manager had an attitude the whole time because we had questions about the menu and what came with the family deal! Food was ok.

I don’t want to mention any names on here, so I won’t. I went through the drive thru and sat there for a few minutes and no one came on to take my order. I went to the drive thru window and no one came to the window. I went inside and the girl at the counter could care less and Said oh ill be right with you. I was left standing there at the counter with no one ordering in front of me for 2 minutes until I said something. There was no one in the drive thru and only 2 people inside the walk in. Not sure what’s going on here or why but the employees flat out sod not care one bit. I did call the District Manager and she seemed nice and seemed to care about the disappointing experience. She offered a free meal to make up for this in which I declined. I just wanted someone to know about the constant poor service here. Hopefully it improves here because the food is good and this Popeyes is close by. I do appreciate the district managers time and care on this issue. Let’s hope my next visit is a good one.

Chicken definitely lookednitnwas cooked in old oil. no condiments added in the bag after being asked if I wanted any. You pay 5 dollars for a half of Mac n cheese large cup to be filled. As well as a large fries for half a box to be filled for fries.. mcdonald’s offers more fries in the value menu.. other times I’ve had great experiences, this one, not so good.

WILL NOT BE BACK!!! Go the the one off PebbleCreek! I should have known when NO one was in the line at dinner time something was up. I placed a family meal order and when I asked them for specific pieces of chicken they told me there was a chicken shortage and I had to take what they gave me… I said I’m willing to pay for the up-charge for what we want as we don’t like the breast. I was told I had to take it, and could not even order the pieces I wanted if I paid… I literally said you mean if I give you a $100 you won’t give me the pieces that I want separate…. I was told “NO because we need it for other customers” (that weren’t there)… this is such poor training. If I owned this restaurant as a business I’d be upset. Very poor representation.

The lady working lastnight was very rude. Forgot my sides and served me the wrong order when I tried to talk to her she told me she is upper management and has better things to do. I just waited almost an hour for food that cannot be eaten. I asked for a refund and she laughed at me and said no. Asked for ranch and they gave me cocktail sauce and charged me for it! My breast looks like a wing…? Idk but it’s cold not at all fresh! Very disappointed and will not be going back to this location. The young girl said she couldn’t be bothered because she’s “upper management” then my question to you Popeyes’s is why the heck is she even there if she cannot fix or address issues?

The sales rep was very very very very rude, arrogant and unfriendly. I wish I could give her no star and report her to her direct supervisor. It was the guts for me to get the *f * out simply because I came to patronize Popeye and get my usual spicy chicken drum sticks and wings. Popeye Avondale just lost a costumer and all prospective customers I know.
