Dining services on campus were closed tonight, so I decided to try something new. I got shrimp fried rice and a beef egg roll. Delivery lady was very patient and nice, which I appreciated. Rice tasted fine. The egg roll I didn’t really eat. In fact, I spat it out, because the beef was 100% raw. Really? Won’t be ordering here again.

Very fair-priced and good sized portions. The sesame chicken was delicious and not completely covered up in sauce and grease like many places, I loved the breading and the wonton soup was also excellent. Descent location but get in early because it is a bit small. Highly recommended to anyone in College Park looking for a good night out with Chinese food

This location has moved up the street across from McDonalds. I am very disappointed in the customer service. After I ordered 3 people that ordered after me got their food before me even though all I ordered was plain fried rice. This is not what upset me as I understand things happen. When I tried to say excuse me to ask about the status of my food the cashier looked at me said “huh” and then immediately started helping another guest. So now me and my friend are both saying excuse me trying to get someone’s attention and they deliberately ignore us and continue packing food. Finally I get in front of a worker and ask and she doesn’t even look at me and says “coming!” As she walks away. This is not the first time I have been treated very rudely at this location. Customer service is just as important as the product, something they do not value at Shanghai.

My boyfriend and I just ordered take out from this restaurant. The chicken did not taste right and I found a black hair hidden within my Hunan Chicken. It could not have come from us since my boyfriend has blond hair and my hair is dyed purple. We instantly lost our appetite and threw all of our food away. We’ll never order from here again.

Good tofu chow fun, eggplant, many other dishes – basic Chinese, done well. The right kind of tofu, folded, not soft, not crisped. Very bare bones ambience, charming in its own way, comfortable, great place to talk and eat.

Used to be good but stopped prioritizing in store customers and started prioritizing the delivery services who’s drivers are mean and pushy to customers. They don’t give accurate times for the order to be done told me 20 minutes ended up taking an hour and they still charged us full price they also missed items in the order.

Usually have a great experience with this restaurant. The delivery man called me and misunderstood my street number. When he called again I clarified and he immediately started yelling at me over the phone. He then threatened to not deliver my food. To clarify I was a street that was 400 ft over. Then when he pulled up he continued to scream at me through his opened window. Sad that I won’t be ordering from this restaurant anymore.

I returned from teaching abroad in China about 2 years ago, and have since sought out some authentic Chinese food. This place totally hit the spot. I got the egg and tomato and hot and sour potato and was in hog heaven. I will definitely be making the drive again!
