On 7/25/2023 about 4:00pm I bought 2 Classic pepperoni pizza and two crazy Bread And after when we got home and my wife. I handed the crazy bread to my six-year-old son and 12 years old daughter. Couple minutes later my daughter told me the crazy bread is not cooked And soggy I went to my little son who started eating and she was right both of them It was not even cooked. I took it back to the store to speak to the manager. But it was yong guy ihe said im the assistant manager.i told him about the problem Hes not even say sorry, he just replaced it for me with no apology about what happened. Or hes not even cared about his job or Other people health .Someone need to take care of these people on the shift. Order the large pizza for my kids last Friday and it was supposed to be half and half because my daughter doesn’t like pepperoni but my son does. I got half pepperoni the whole pizza was supposed to have sausage on it and then the other half for my daughter would have bacon. The whole pizza had pepperoni and sausage but no bacon. My daughter had to pick off the pepperonis and my son had to eat them because she doesn’t like them that made the pizza look funny. Maybe a few days after that I was contacted by Little Caesars at that location because I had left feedback about my pizza. The manager at that location said that he would remake my pizza for me but I would have to travel all the way back out to 14 Mile to get it when in fact I had placed the order to go to the 10 Mile location in East point. He seemed to be overly happy that I wanted it to go to East point and the app put it for that location instead and then he told me that he would forward my feedback to that restaurant and they should give me a call. That restaurant never gave me a call. And I was no longer allowed to get the pizza that I was supposed to have originally. Going to make sure it never goes to that location again

Been living in sterling heights for about 2 years now. Been here to this little Caesar about 12 times and guess what, pizza is no longer my favorite food. They just need to close this little Caesar forever period. Pizza crust is always undercooked. I will bet anyone on that period. Bet a $100

Everybody knows Little Caesars is basically run of the mill pizza, It’s $5. But it’s good in a pinch. Especially when you dial it up after you bring it home. Extra butter on the crust parmesan some Italian seasoning or basil and it does the job. It just tastes horrible when it gets cold.

So, I went to little caesars earlier and it wasn’t bad at all. We got a few boxes to for my family and I. It was actually pretty good. This is only my 3rd time here my daughter moved to the area and she recommended this pizza location and I must say we were impressed very friendly staff and the pizza was perfect I must say now we do live in Farmington and wanted pizza tonight and drove to this location we would normally eat our pizzas at crispellis but I would put this pizza up against them anyway we ordered a deep dish meat livers this time and it was Perfect ! Thank you to the young professional staff !!!!
