Today was a very good visit to this Domino’s Pizza restaurant! I usually order online, and then I drive to pick up the order. This location has improved it’s service and quality over the past months. I’m happy to order from here now in 2022. That’s important because in the past this was a bad location, and was barely functional. Currently carside delivery (at the store), and store pickup were the options today. Because.. staffing drivers is real thing. Today I was pleasantly helped by Marcus and Terrell tonight. Good communication. They made the pizza perfectly, hot fresh and with plenty of toppings. Gentlemen Thank You, and God Bless you, for great customer service and healthy, fresh, delicious food. I will return in the near future.

OMG THEY SOLD ME A RAW DOUGH PIZZA I CALLED ASKED FOR THE MANAGER AND AS I WAS TELLING HIM MY PROBLEMS HE CUT ME OFF N TOLD ME NO WAY MY PIZZA WASNT COOKED ALL THE WAY … and I went on to tell him the issue I asked him his name he cut me off and said juss bring the pizza and hung up on me worst dominoes ever and I been ordering from them before they moved to this location up the street… I hate it here and I’m calling corporate I’m pregnant and hungry I shouldn’t have to wait a hour for anything that they messed up no apology or nothing just rude and shouldn’t be in business with that energy playing with people food ! This should be a pepperoni pizza with roasted red peppers and cheese…this is not even fully cooked. I had to add pepperoni and cook the pizza longer. This is a disappointment. My other pizza was overcooked and dry.

Terrible experience. Entered my order at 12:18pm. Received a call from the store at 12:46 saying they wouldn’t have a driver at the store until 3 pm. Why are you accepting orders if you know you won’t be able to deliver them until 3. I hadn’t heard anything by 3:50 pm, no idea if my order was still coming or what was going on. I called the store and waited on hold for 20 min just to have them hang up on me. I know I didn’t accidents hang up as the hold music finally stopped but then the call ended. I’m guessing they picked the phone up just so they could hang up on me. Terrible customer experience considering the only way yo contact the store is to call them. What if I had to leave my apartment after waiting for 3.5 hours and I had to cancel my order. So I call back and finally get to speak with who I believe was the store manager. They confirmed my order hadn’t even gone out yet. My order wasn’t delivered until 5:10. Can’t imagine I’ll be going back to dominos and will be letting others know that it’s extremely poorly run. They don’t value your time and was just a terrible experience.

Delivery service was okay, but the ‘ultimate pepperoni’ pizza was not ultimate. I’ve had this picca numerous times in chicagoland and its super tasty. Its usually filled with flavour! This pizza on the other hand was worse than some truck stop pizzas I’ve had. Some slices barely had a few pieces of pepperoni. Havent been this dissapointed by food for a while now.
