Shockingly good Mexican right in the heart of Hyannis! The street tacos were on par with some of the best tacos I’ve had in Texas, Southern California, and even Mexico. Absolutely delicious, will be adding this to the regular rotation when on Cape. Prices are fair for what you get & the location. Definitely worth a visit and a great quick lunch.

Our favorite Mexican on the Cape and a must-try in Hyannis. The prices have definitely gone up a lot over the years but the food is excellent. On this visit we had horchata, fish tacos and a steak torta. The horchata was sweet and creamy. The fish tacos are absolutely incredible with crispy fried fish, crunchy cabbage, fresh pico de gallo, and a flavorful sauce. The torta was a large portion layered with steak, cheese, beans, lettuce, tomato, mayo and jalapeños. We always stop here and highly recommend a visit.

Visiting from Los Angeles I was skeptical of getting Mexican food in MA… but the taquitos, the veggie California burrito, and the horchata were delicious! The enchiladas and fish tacos were okay. Friendly and quick service and great outdoor seating!

THE BEST on Cape for Mexican food(as a local). If you want chain food sure go elsewhere, but this is authentic as it gets around here. 100/10 would recommend to a friend 🙂

I really love this place! In fact it’s the greatest and most authentic Mexican food on the street! I like them better than the two other restaurants on Main Street. In fact I probably wouldn’t go to Mi Pueblo next door again. El Meriachi Loco also gives you a great portion of food, and I’ve never had bad food here. I always do takeout. I go through phases and sometimes would eat here multiple times a week.

Agree that this is underrated!! Although it’s just a small window to order and dine outdoors like street food, the tacos are awesome!! Strongly recommend the fried shrimp taco, super amazing! And look at how much guacamole we got just for chips.

Torta Al Pastor…really good. Friendly guys behind the counter. Good seating on the patio out front. They have what I call Baja style tacos, grilled with soup/birra on the side. Looks good, have to try next time. Got corrected that there is no other restaurant with similar name. So, I’m sticking with this one as the only traditional/authentic Mexican restaurant I know of in the Mid Cape area.

If you’re up for buying 3 tacos for $, this is the place for you. Usually I’d get the same meal for about 7-10$. These are just street tacos. You can make these at home. Steak, onions, cilantro and tortilla. No side, no rice, no beans.
