Ordered online for pick up, food was done on time. There was a leaking box though, when they gave it to us, why not just repackage it? Ended up leaking even more onto all the other boxes on the 10 minute drive home. Could you really not spare an extra box?

Ordered online. 2 Kids want pepperoni and 1 wants cheese. Upchage for adding pepperoni to 1/2 pizza or whole pizza was like $3 either way. Ordered 50/50 and when I arrived before pizza went in oven requested 3/4 have pepperoni. Staff could not accommodate adding 12 f*n slices of pepperoni “because of the cost”

This place is great as the food is always fast and the people that work there are always nice. They have a couple of TVs and a couple of games for the kids on the inside. They are always a bit lost on the register but they always get it right. I would highly recommend this place.

Here for a soccer party and the staff was very helpful and the pizza was really good. The salad bar was full of options and it was pretty fresh. The kids were all excited because the tattoo dispenser and claw machine all worked. We will definitely be back soon.

Ordered a pizza on line for Delivery at 9:25pm. When I processed my order it said delivery time 10:11pm. Got a call from the restaurant at 9:27pm and they told me they were done delivering for the night all the drivers had gone home. Unfortunately I didn’t catch his name, but in the same sentence he stated that my delivery was not expected to be delivered until 11pm I let him know I was given a delivery time of 10:11pm. He said well not on his end and all the drivers were already done for the night. So I could cancel my order or come pick it up. Needless to say I canceled my order.

Feeling super sad ! After pitching how good Round Table Pizza is in Loomis, tonight I paid $35.00 dollars for a medium pizza that looked like it had being sitting all day, it came looking old, it was stale, it needed reheating which made it worse. This will be my final Round Table Pizza forever, Goodbye to a once great pizza place, to the most disgusting Pizza Place !

Just came to this location for the first time and was blown away by the customer service and professionalism I received from the staff. McKenna, Dylan, and Nate were awesome to say the least and made me feel at home while I waited for my pizza, this location is the gold standard of customer service, I hope these employees are rewarded for their performance. At a time when so many people dont want to work and with the stress of covid, these workers were happy to be here and did a great job, I will definitely be back and I recommend this location to anyone who’s looking for great customer service.
