I placed an order through the app but noticed on my way there that the app was being weird. I arrived there and they had not received my order, but they were quick to sort things out and the cashier was very helpful after I showed him my phone. I’m pretty sure they expedited my order (Took ten minutes or less) and the pizza was still great. Thanks RT!

RT Pizza is always delicious but this lovatikns management is terrible. I put in an order at 11am for later in that day and when I arrived as scheduled I was told “sorry we got busy and forgot to make your order”. I then had to beg to even have my order made as a priority- they first told me I would have to wait for the other orders. I will never be back- worth the drive to the PCH location. F- for service.

Food was good. But what I didn’t like was that is when I asked for cheese and peppers packets, the guy that handed the bag said it was in the bag. I trusted him. When I got home and opened the bag, I only got 3 cheese and 3 pepper packets for a large pizza? I just couldn’t enjoy my pizza the way I would like to enjoy my pizza. The cashier guy was cool and friendly tho.

Man oh man, my nephew wanted pizza for his birthday and I figured what better place. Here is the deal THEY FORGOT THE KIDS PIZZAS. What a disappointment to a 10 year old out trying to celebrate his BIG day. They literally ruined his Evening and almost that of the entire family. Some pizza seem too grease, but you must have/try the PAN ones I build my own and it turned out great, their bread sticks are amazing, their salads truly are nothing but water lettuce. I can make it for $2 but they charged 8.99 each stay away from it unless they have finally opened up the salad bar again. Fountain Drinks are way too expensive for the quality. Here is the deal I spent $200 on dinner for 8 of us in pizza and fountain drinks (no Alcohol) the pizza I built cost me $40 a bit intimidating specially when the additions I chose reflected a 0.0$ OH, almost forgot the wings are actually pretty good but you will pay the Pizza Place price for them I tell you. Will I go back? Yes, when? I don’t know I’ll need to save some $ b4 I make up my mind.

I never rate places a 5 but I will add that when I walked in the cashier was very knowledgeable on menu and what I should I order. He recommended me the garlic cheese bread so with that I ordered pepperoni and sausage pizza. My order was brought to me Farley quickly, hot and fresh, and did not disappoint one bit. I highly recommend this pizza joint had great flavors and good hospitality. THANK YOU !
