Shout out to this five star five guys crew! I’m in WisDells for work and live a keto life. There’s not much or exciting to eat but I saw they do a lettuce wrap burger. I don’t think I’ve ever had five guys before but this was awesome!!

First time ever in a Five Guys. Had heard so much hype but it was awful! They had a fair amount of staff for lunch time but it took forever to get out order. Two veggie sandwiches with cheese which were literally the worst things I have ever eaten at a restaurant. The fries were cold. Soggy and way over salted. It was apparent they had been sitting for a very long time. They weren’t busy so there was absolutely no excuse for fries like this! The dining room area was gross. Floors had so much food dropped on them from previous guests. For what I spent on our food it was a total waste. I would never recommend anyone eating here. Ever!

They were super bus y, I found the prices to be on the higher end. The building was super hot with no seating because all the take out orders were sitting at the tables preventing anyone from eating in. The place was a bit dirty, the burger was good but the fries were soggy for sure from sitting under the heat lamp.

Place was under staffed so wait time where not what five guys strive for as a former employee this was sad. I only came for the fries and shake and again was disappointed when the Cajun fries where over cooked and seemed they decided more Cajun seasoning could help that. Then as always the shake machine was down. This seems to be a lazy business practice with fast food establishments since the beginning of covid. The shake machines are always down;? or are the employees always to lazy to spend the same amount of time cleaning it after they close then if the same customer would have come in a hour before close? Stop saying the shake machine is down and just clean it when you close. You offer a service make sure it’s available more then 50% of the time otherwise we can take our time and money… and memories somewhere else.

Delicuous as always. Fries were amazing and the burger was very juicy. Loved it! The only reason I’m not rating it 5 stars was because my bun was burnt. But I’m not complaining because they were crazy busy when we were there. Good job Five Guys!

This Five Guys location is in need of some new employees and management! The past 3 times we have ordered, it was messed up! It wasn’t busy either. It seems like the employees are not too interested in helping the customers. Instead, they are on phones, goofing around etc…. Not going back for a long while.

Friendly staff. Forgot the bacon on my burger but gave it to me on the side when i went back up. They wer out of Sprite/Sprite 0 sugar. Lots of peanut shells on the floor around us.
