Meatball sub and the Engineer were both amazing! Portions were great! Service was friendly and fairly quick, but this location is missing some of coziness of other FH Sub locations. Hopefully as they become a part of the community that will improve!

Went here with a friend and ordered a Smokehouse Brisket with cheddar. The young man that took our order was very nice and polite, he just seemed like he wanted to be anywhere but at work. Waited for our order and when the young lady behind the counter told me it was ready I grabbed my bag and we left. got to the house and when I opened the bag it was a meatball sub instead of The Smokehouse. I was disappointed but I didn’t want to go all the way back to exchange it. I’m sure the guy that ordered the meatball sub was disappointed when he got mine instead. But other than that the food was tasty.

When I went to firehouse subs I was excited until after I ordered my sandwich they had recently opened and I never felt more anxious and nervous about a sandwich being made first of all I had no idea who was making the sandwich and they didn’t ask if I wanted it toasted or not or what bread I wanted or if I wanted any toppings on they just made and gave it to me as is

The worst firehouse subs I’ve ever been to. I was excited that firehouse was coming near me, but this place is disappointing from the service to the quality of the food. A very young kid took my order and continued to put the order in wrong, sub was supposed to be hot and toasted, nope bread cold and sandwich cold. Asked for white bread and was give wheat! Not enough meat as the other firehouse subs. I’ll drive to winter haven before I visit this store again!

Great customer service, greeted when we entered. They were quite busy, but worked hard to get customers taken care of quickly. When we reached the front of the line, the manager apologized for the wait. I told him it was unnecessary, as they were all working hard. Good was great ad well.

This by far is one of the best firehouse subs shops I’ve been to. The staff there are so welcoming and friendly. The restaurant is huge for a firehouse with pleanty of seats. The owners Elysee and Tessy are so professional and pleasant. I’m definitely going to keeps coming here to get my hook and ladder!
