A Splendid™ location for burgers, fries, home cooked meals, and of course, ice cream! They have both soft serve and hard pack in a variety of flavors! Paul’s Drive In has been a go-to place in Shelby, Ohio for casual dining and ice cream since 1956! The home made pie is great, as well!

The service can be a little slow; it’s often very busy but worth the wait. The food is wonderful. It’s drive thru; call up & take out; dine in; or walk to the line in front of the window. Dine in atmosphere takes you back to yesterdays. My favorite is the sherbets served in a waffle cone. There’s extra parking across the street; picnic tables outside with umbrellas; and a great shade tree.

So great to visit Paul’s again! My father’s memorial was earlier that day and we just wanted to have a perch sandwich in his memory. Had a lovely new waitress mentored by Katherine. We shared later with Katherine why we were there and she gave me a big hug. She was delightful and so kind. The food was outstanding as well!

This place wassuch a surprise! We were in Shelby and looking for a mom and pop place on Google. Paul’s didn’t show up when I searched for restaurants. I just happened to see it on Maps. I am so glad I did! I ordered their Paul Bunyun burger It was amazing! Rite up there with 5 guys! Their shredded chicken sandwich was also amazing! Can’t wait to try their ice cream next!

The food here is delicious especially their foot long hot dogs and their homemade vanilla ice cream is my go to. Our server was Justice and she did an awesome job because we were a party of 13 people and she handled it like a champ

Love this place. Food is excellent. Recommend the triple patty burger. And they use real strawberries in their milkshakes. Been to every little place like this from mansfield to ashland, Norwalk, Monroeville, Attica, Bellevue. And this is the best one around!!!
