First time and last time I will be coming here. Food was ok but staff members here are rude. Walking away while my friend was still talking and got the order wrong. And giving us a check when we just got the food. This was unacceptable . Because staff members don’t want us ordering anymore. And kicked us out as soon as we finished our food . Who does that when the restaurant is not even busy. The owner of this restaurant should be a shame. I say this with kindness please don’t dine here. You will find a better place to eat. I hate to say this but I have nothing really good to say.

Small spot on Long Beach who’s main attraction is their shakes. While I enjoyed the shakes, I felt the rest of the food was very mediocre. Spinach pie was delicious though. They also have a sign that says best turkey burger and to me it was very tough and dry. My milkshake seemed to lack all of the colors of my boyfriend’s shake and so it seemed lackluster to me. Overall, I’ve had better diner food but the person who seated us (didn’t catch her name) was polite and pleasant.

I loved coming here, food and service was always great! Been a customer since 2004 but sadly tonight will be my last visit as the prices and now the 3.9 credit card fees are just too much. I’m sorry but if you’re going to pass along the credit card fees to your customers, increase your prices to reflect that. Don’t increase your prices AND add the credit fee…so tacky.

I’m all for supporting local businesses. Today wasn’t the best experience at Diner by the Sea. Our food just got to the table, and I didn’t even take a bite out of my meal when the Cashier brings over the check and says no rush, here’s the check…huh?? Should have seen my face

So I’m really disappointed! We wanted to take the kids for breakfast last day before heading home. Where do I start order famous 222 husband ordered gravy & Biscuit with cheesy eggs. The staff was raving about the pancakes but was gummy the syrup was sweetless not original log cabin they put substitute log cabin bottles! The Arnold Palmer was literally like lime water!! So basically paid over over $70 for food with no taste. This is a great place for those who may have diet restrictions if you’re looking for something with great flavor this is not the location!! I WAS FOOLED BY the 4.5 review this is a 1.5 at most because the staff was friendly!

Meh…so many choices for diners and egg sandwiches in the area, I wouldn’t order from here again. Ordered the egg sandwich on a croissant. They were supposed to be scrambled, but as you can see in the photo, they weren’t. Instead they looked and tasted like “over hard” fried eggs, so basically useless.
